I'm semi-retired and work a very flexible schedule ideally suited for pet care. Currently, my wife is home part-time as well to care for your pet in our home. Your pet will be safe and secure inside and outside our home. Our Husky dog, Shiloh, is sweet and gentle with other animals and people.

We have a dedicated Pet Room in our house. The room contains several crates, sleep bedding, and other dog products such as bowls, balls, etc. The room dimension is 20 X 14 Feet and includes extra foam-based exercise matting for comfort and safety. House-trained and mutually approved pets can roam freely in other parts of the house or simply hang out with us and our sweet dog, Shiloh. There's a sliding door off the Pet Room that leads to a patio and fenced-in yard / field for potty breaks, walks and runs.

Bring a sheet of paper listing specific needs for your pet. If caged, bring your cage or bedding. There are several crates and bedding here as well. Please advise of any allergies or special considerations so we can best meet the needs of your pet. What does your pet enjoy? Lap time? Fetching balls? Diet? Snacks? Medicine? Potty routines? Bring special toys, bedding, drink, and food bowls if you desire, and your pet's leash. Please label items with your pet's name. A little insight into your pet's personality will go a long way to ensure the boarding experience is extra special.
A typical day
There is a huge fenced-in yard backing to a well-maintained open field for walking, running, playing, and potty breaks (we clean up and bag poop). Ample space for expending energy! Some dogs just enjoy some lap time or simply hanging out with us in our rooms while we sit, talk, watch TV, or prepare a meal.

My wife, Pam, and I have been lifelong pet owners and caregivers. We've been married 40 years and have always had pets of all types in our homes. Currently, we have a 6-year-old female Husky named Shiloh, and two parakeets, Verde and Blue. We have a half-acre fenced-in yard with a huge mowed and maintained field behind our property that is great for walking and running. If desired, and weather permits, there's also a very large open field for exercise. The Dog Room is 20 x 14 feet and the majority of the flooring is high quality workout matting for safety and extra padding. We accept "Short-Fuse" last-minute emergency boarding requests of 2 Days.
Reviews
First time using using Robert & Pamela for a long stay. We would certainly use them again. They are very considerate of the animals staying with them, and genuinely enjoy having the guests in their house. Bob was very meticulous in keeping notes on feeding and schedules to keep patterns as familiar as possible. The only challenge for us is that they board multiple animals at once and our dog is sometimes anxious around unfamiliar canine company. They sorted it out by arranging some separate spaces when necessary. Nova was quite relaxed and comfortable with them when we returned -- a doggy thumbs up.
My senior pup absolutely loves her visits with Robert & Pamela. She always comes home relaxed, happy, and so well cared for. Thank you both for treating her with such kindness and exceptional attention.
Charlie loved it there and they were so good to him.
Robert and Pam were awesome. We met them and their husky Shiloh and got a gods feeling. We booked an overnight test run and things went great. Sam got a lot of playtime outside and moped all the way home after we picked him up. He was treated like one of the family and is looking forward to returning.
