I also grew up caring for a parrot, a cockatiel, fish, and a hamster, which gave me experience with different types of pets from an early age. “So this is the first time I used Rover and I couldn’t be more happy Erica and Franklin were the best! They made me feel very comfortable by having a visit before my vacation so that I was able to meet them and see their home and that helped to know it was a perfect fit. They were in constant communication answering text anytime and sending pictures that will of the good times they were having with my pit. I give them credit because some people here that I have a pitbull and get totally turned off and feel some kind of way, but they were completely open to him and invited him in like one of the family. If I could recommend anyone it would definitely be Erica and Franklin . Taking comfort in them having my dog, which is essentially like my child enabled me to enjoy my vacation and I can’t thank them enough. I fully recommend them 100%.”

“I can't say enough positive things about TayJuana! She was able to take all three of our small dogs who range from overly rambunctious to "pls don't bother me as I'm not in the mood." Kirti and her family were amazing sitters for my dog Joy! They went above and beyond and treated her like their own. Their dog Sunshine was also a wonderful companion for Joy. I look forward to having Joy stay with them again in the future and am grateful to have found such a loving and caring family for her to stay with when I travel. Their love for dogs is genuine and they have set up their home to meet every comfort for Sunshine and any Rover dogs they host.
Working with Daren was a great experience. This was our family's first time using the service and we were a little hesitant and nervous, to say the least. Not to mention, it was our two dog's first time being away from the family. Darren was responsive, helped to explain the process, and very accomodating to last minute changes and reservation modications. He communicated throughout the reservation, with pictures and text updates, which was really helpful and eased our minds. We would definately recommend Darren and feel confident that we would use his service again!
Alexis took great care of our Bella. It was a late request but we are so glad it worked out for her to watch Bella. She was shared photos, asked questions, and was very responsive. We will certainly take Bella to her again when we need her services. We highly recommend her!
I truly can’t say enough great things about this experience! From the very beginning, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly compassionate—it was clear that caring for animals isn’t just something she does, it’s something she genuinely loves. Leaving Ralph can sometimes be a little nerve-wracking, but she immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely confident that he was in the best hands. Her communication was outstanding—she kept me consistently updated with thoughtful messages, pictures, and little check-ins that really meant a lot. I loved being able to see Ralph happy, relaxed, and fully himself while I was away. It gave me such peace of mind. What stood out most was how engaged she was with him. Ralph got plenty of playtime, attention, and exercise, and it showed—he came back happy, well cared for, and clearly loved on. She didn’t just “watch” him, she truly cared for him like he was her own. I would 1000% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet with genuine care, attention, and love. Ralph and I are both so grateful!
