About: I over 5 years of experience working professionally with dogs and cats. I also have personal experience with being a dog and cat owner my entire life. I have never met a animal I didn't like! I am Pet CPR/First Aid certified and am currently going through Fear Free training. I pride myself on providing superb pet care! I know that every pet is different, so I strive to build a lasting connection with each one by being patient and attentive to each ones needs. I am able to accommodate senior dogs, leash reactive dogs, fearful dogs, cats, puppies, and dogs with mobility issues. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am currently working part time as a vet teeth cleaning assistant and will be volunteering at a dog training facility some weeks, but I am able to plan my weeks ahead of time! I can accommodate early am (before 8am) and pm (7pm-10pm) walks/drop in on most weekdays but that varies. Some weeks I work 5 days and some weeks its one. Feel free to ask me! My saturday nights and all day Sunday is open. I would be a great back up walker/drop in person when your regular walker/drop in person isn't available! It depends on what your expectations are. I am able to care for other dogs in your home but not mine. I will follow whatever guidelines that are set.

About: Hi! I’m a reliable and active dog walker who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. Whether your dog needs a quick walk, a longer outing, or just some attention during a drop-in visit, I’m here to help. I make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive to each dog’s needs, whether that’s high energy exercise or a slower, relaxed walk. During drop-in visits, I can also handle feeding, fresh water, playtime, and quick updates so you know everything is going well. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities! I’m available everyday of the week unless there is conflict. I’m very flexible and can work with whatever time works best for you . No time is too early or too late I respect the owners home and make sure to stay where I belong . I make sure the pet is safe and visible . I like to keep them engaged and play with them .
“Taresse is a great dog walker. She is prompt, communicative, and takes pride and getting to know the dogs she walks. Just today she was excited to tell me how she handled my sometimes reactive dog when another dog was escaped off their leash. She handled the situation beautifully and clearly my dog trusts her. While I’m using her because I have a broken knee, I’m not sure we won’t want to continue to use her in the future. Highly recommend her though to anyone looking for a dog walker.”

About: I have been raised around dogs all my life. My dad bred bigger dogs like cane corsos & i breed french bulldogs. The love for animals, especially pups, should be unconditional, just as theirs is to us!! I train pups as well, notably walking my pup around without a leash when in safe environments. I love any pet that comes into my care! I am self employed as well as an experienced dog breeder. I love pets, cherrish them, & treat them like my children! I spend all day with my pup & take her everywhere. I am self employed from home. I have different arrangements for client preferences including food options, crate options being a cage or a flexi kennel, and a gated area to safely allow the pups to enjoy being pups!
“I do not have the easiest cats. One is super shy and the other just tolerates people. Amanda did a great job with them! She patiently coaxed my shy one out and even got my standoffish one to play. She sent video snippets that showed they were happy and well taken care of. Thank you, Amanda!!”

“Esosa was amazing! From the moment she came to the meet and greet, I knew she would be a great fit. My dog has a lot of high energy, but she was so patient and willing to be gentle with her. She was punctual and made sure she showed up when she was supposed to. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog had everything she needed, and I was so touched by the photos she left and her handwritten note. I’ve never had a caregiver on Rover do such a thing. I would recommend her to everyone.”

“Christina was wonderful and so understanding of all the craziness she walked into with our dog. Very communicative and we loved to see our dog visibly happy in every photo we received!”

“Elizabeth was wonderful! We did 3 drop in visits and each one was done in a timely manner with all the focus on the kitties. Communication was a breeze and our cats were very comfortable the whole time!”

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats from a young age. I've enjoyed pet sitting animals in their homes for family members and friends over the years. I also have experience in freshwater fish tanks and hermit crab habitats. I’m also interested in exploring lizard, snake, and bird habitats. I’m currently at a point where I have a decent amount of free time on my hands and currently don’t have a pet of my own. Looking to help others with their pets to fill the space before choosing a new forever pet I’m very patient and follow instructions well. In the care of others pets I know they are a family member and they would want them treated that way. Safety is always a top priority. I would treat your pets as if they were my own. With love, kindness and compassion.
About: I’ve always taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I begged my mom to get me a dog around that time as well. I promised her I would take care of the dog and do all I needed to do. With that being said I became a pet owner and trained my dog all by myself . From the simple commands, and crate training. I love to treat my current dog(Chloe) like a baby. From cuddles, long walks, nice tasty treats and all the love I can possibly give her. Sometimes I do travel and when I do its hard to find someone to keep Chloe. I realized I can’t be the only one who has experienced this . I am new to the app. I am ready to spread the love in my area. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Can’t wait to meet you ! I do work full tine Monday-Friday. I have a Hybrid schedule. I work from home Tuesdays and Fridays . I am open on weekends ! I have a spacious apartment. We also have dog parks in my complex. Lastly my favorite a few different trails/ lakes that I love to walk currently.
About: I can’t watch/be with cats I’m allergic. I can’t watch dogs in my own house because my dad is allergic. I do not have a ton of dog sitting experience. I have helped walk dogs in my neighborhood with my sister since I was about 9 or 10. My sister has a dog and my cousins have dogs. So, I am familiar with dogs and their behaviors. I am somewhat flexible here and there. Usually free on the weekends. I am a little bit more flexible in Anne Arundel county since I go to AACC. I cannot watch any dogs in my own home because my dad is allergic and we do not have a big yard that's fenced either. However, in the comfort of the dog and owners home I make sure doors to outside are always closed/locked unless I am nearby to let a dog out. I would never let a dog off leash during walks I believe dogs should be leashed no matter how well-behaved they are and for the sake of other dogs.

About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember, they’ve been a part of my life since I was born. Growing up, I cared for 5 guinea pigs, two horses, fish, and several dogs. I currently have two dogs of my own: a Husky and a Dachshund, both of whom I’ve trained and cared for since they were puppies. I’m experienced with feeding, walking, basic training, maintaining routines, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every dog has a different personality, and I’m patient when it comes to earning their trust. Whether it’s encouraging a picky eater, keeping an energetic dog active, or simply giving them plenty of attention and affection, I treat every pet as if they were my own. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your furry family member. My goal is to provide reliable, loving care so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. As a business owner who works from home, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to be home for most of the day and make time for your pet whenever needed. Whether your dog needs extra attention, frequent potty breaks, playtime, or just companionship, I can easily adjust my schedule to make sure they receive the love, care, and supervision they deserve. Your pup will be treated like part of the family in my home! I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play, plus two friendly fur babies who love making new friends. I provide comfy dog beds, plenty of toys, treats (with your permission), and lots of love and attention. I also enjoy taking dogs on fun adventures, whether that’s a trip to the dog park, a nice walk around the neighborhood, or even stopping for a pup cup. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and has a great time while you’re away.

“Thank you for caring for our cats while we were traveling! You really made them feel happy, played with, and fed! We really appreciated you staying for the whole drop in visit and sending pictures as we were really missing them while we were away!!”

About: I have been providing cat and dog sitting services for the past six years and truly enjoy caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. While living in Michigan, I regularly pet-sat for several families, and now that I’m back in Maryland, I’m excited to connect with pet owners in my local community! I work as a freelance musician and teacher during the school year, which gives me a flexible schedule. With summer break underway, my weekdays are especially open now! My husband and I currently rent a home with a no-pets policy, so pet sitting and dog walking are wonderful ways for me to spend time with the animals I wish I could have around every day. Whether your energetic pup needs a long walk and plenty of exercise, your senior pet needs gentle companionship and extra attention, or your cat simply needs a caring visitor while you're away, I would love to help. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're gone. I work as a teacher and professional musician, so during the summer I am off for break! My weekday schedule is wide open -- I can pop by to take your dog for a walk and/or check in on your furry friend any time of day. I am attending numerous weddings this summer, so my weekends are less available! Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. Because I provide care in your home, I strive to maintain a calm, familiar environment where your pet can feel secure and relaxed. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, and care instructions, and I am happy to provide regular updates and photos! I understand the trust involved in welcoming someone into your home, and I will always treat both your pets and your space with the utmost respect and care.
About: I can readily adapt. I can deal with sudden requests or help out in a crisis moment. I want to be a source of great comfort—if your plans change, you can make last-minute adjustments, no questions asked. Pet care is effectively integrated into my daily and weekly routines because I have a baby as well. I have specific times for pet-related tasks. This includes morning and evening rituals, breaks during the day, and even combining activities like walks with workouts. I will prioritize their well-being by following a few key guidelines. I will provide fresh food and water, maintain a safe and comfortable environment, and keep their regular routines as consistent as possible. Engage them in playtime and exercise, and be mindful of their individual needs, such as medication or special care instructions
About: Hi Im TJ, a lifelong dog lover who truly understands how hard it can be to leave your pet in someone else’s care. For drop in visits, I make sure pets are fed, exercised, and given attention while keeping their home routines consistent and stress free.
About: Most of my pet care experience started January 2025 with the rescue of my pit-mix BB. She was the longest resident at the shelter, and just needed love and a chance. She has returned my fiance and I's love over and over. I grew up with family pets and outdoor cats, and knew the basics of animal care. I wanted a stable life to give any pet the life they deserve! I am grateful for BB and for the village that helps care for her. I hope to be a part of your pets' village! I am currently transitioning between careers, and have the extra time to dedicate to the extra furry ones! Quality time is deeply important to me, and I hope to build bonds on this journey. Without a fenced yard for BB to run around, my fiance and I take turns walking her around our neighborhood circuit. I typically take the morning and he takes the evening. We take extra walks for exercise and socializing, and book SniffSpots to let her run loose! BB has a crate that she sometimes opts to rest in, but 99% of the time she is napping at our feet.
About: Hi! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have cared for all kinds of pets over the years. Growing up, my family always had dogs, so I learned early on how to handle everything from playful puppies to senior dogs who needed a little extra attention. As an adult, I’ve personally owned small caged pets and currently own 2 cats, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different animal personalities and care needs. I currently share my home with two adopted cats, each with their own unique story and background. With patience and care, I was able to successfully introduce them to each other despite their age difference and differing temperaments—it was so rewarding and relieving to see them become friends! I understand that every pet is unique and deserves compassionate, individualized care, and I treat every animal I meet like one of my own. I currently work a full time job with the military during the week, but am home early in the afternoon to provide care, comfort, and cuddles to my furry friends and yours! I have a spacious apartment with lots of toys and 2 friendly cats to keep tour furry friend company. Walking around my neighborhood is a breeze with pet pickup spots along the way and a safe environment for walks no matter what time.

She was punctual and made sure she showed up when she was supposed to. Here’s a polished version of your Rover review that keeps your warm, appreciative tone while making it flow naturally: Krista was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I found myself in a pinch and needed a new dog walker on short notice. From the very beginning, she was responsive, reliable, and truly supportive throughout the entire time she worked with us. We were beyond pleased with the care she provided. She even went above and beyond by cleaning our carpet when our girl had an upset tummy—something we deeply appreciated and did not expect at all. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our girl was in such caring and capable hands. We appreciate Krista so much and look forward to working with her again in the future! 🐾

Corinne did a wonderful job with my dog while I was away for a funeral. She sent plenty of pictures and updates for my long absence. She was willing to provide my dog with his medication and gave him plenty of cuddles(I don’t think she had a choice 😅) I will definitely be rebooking with Corinne in the future when I am out of town.

We are thrilled to have Mandi as our new pet sitter! She cared for our hens & cat while we were away. I’m so glad I found her. She has terrific energy. When we met, Mandi had great follow up questions which I appreciated. I’m very picky about hen care. She did a good job tending to cleaning up the hen yard & coop. And, the hens trusted her on day one. Fantastic!! Our cat gets lonely when we travel & many times won’t eat. Under Mandi’s care he was eating well which was awesome. It was nice to see the many instructions I left were followed. She was prompt on getting back to to me. Mandi is 100% lovely. I’d recommend her to friends & family!
