“Yutong did a fantastic job taking care of our 2 Shiba Inu boys while we were out of town for a couple of days. He was incredibly responsive, sent loads of photos and videos, and made us feel very sure that our dogs were happy and well cared for. We will certainly be reaching out to him again to take care of our dogs!”

“I was hesitant to board our dog due to his senior age of 7 1/2 years and sometime grumpiness around other dogs after too much exposure which lead me to investigate other options. Jessica's reviews were very positive. I too, am very happy with the service Jessica provided. She sent pictures of the individual visits and we communicated by text if needed. However, our dog could have cared less that we were away because he was with his new walking buddy. I will definitely be using Jessica's services in the future.”

“Jim and laurie always go above and beyond every day!! My active rambunctious dogs love them, and they're considerate of my house and children. They are both punctual, reliable, and just plain good people!”

About: I over 5 years of experience working professionally with dogs and cats. I also have personal experience with being a dog and cat owner my entire life. I have never met a animal I didn't like! I am Pet CPR/First Aid certified and am currently going through Fear Free training. I pride myself on providing superb pet care! I know that every pet is different, so I strive to build a lasting connection with each one by being patient and attentive to each ones needs. I am able to accommodate senior dogs, leash reactive dogs, fearful dogs, cats, puppies, and dogs with mobility issues. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am currently working part time as a vet teeth cleaning assistant and will be volunteering at a dog training facility some weeks, but I am able to plan my weeks ahead of time! I can accommodate early am (before 8am) and pm (7pm-10pm) walks/drop in on most weekdays but that varies. Some weeks I work 5 days and some weeks its one. Feel free to ask me! My saturday nights and all day Sunday is open. I would be a great back up walker/drop in person when your regular walker/drop in person isn't available! It depends on what your expectations are. I am able to care for other dogs in your home but not mine. I will follow whatever guidelines that are set.
“Ana is easily the best cat sitter I've ever hired (and I say that, never having had a bad experience with a pet sitter). She watched our 2 nervous cats and went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. She even did an extra check-in when one of our cats wasn't eating and cleaned up their vomit. Thank you very much, Ana, and we will definitely hire you again.”

“Here’s another option with a slightly different tone: Emma did a wonderful job taking care of my pet. Communication was quick and consistent, and she was always very responsive whenever I had a question or update. I felt confident leaving my pet in her care and appreciated the updates while I was away. I would absolutely book with her again and recommend her to others!!!”

“She did great with the dogs and was very communicative and informative. As well as flexible and was able to add time last minute. I would definitely book with her again.”

“went on vacation and she saved the day last minute when our cat sitters went out of town! very kind and responds very quickly! took lovely care of our sweet boys.”

About: I bring a mix of playful energy and reliable care, so pets get both attention and consistency while their owners are away. I naturally tune into each pet’s personality and demeanor—whether they’re excited, shy, anxious, or somewhere in between—and adjust my approach so they feel comfortable and understood. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs up to 15 years old, and I’m comfortable following clear instructions for feeding, litter care, and medications when needed. I pay close attention to routines and small changes in behavior, especially after I’ve spent a visit or two with a pet, which helps me quickly pick up on what they need. And yes, I fully believe in zoomies, cuddle breaks, and earning a pet’s trust through snacks and patience. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I enjoy being active and spending time with animals. I’m able to provide consistent drop-in visits and walks while maintaining a flexible schedule that allows me to be reliable for pet parents. I focus on consistency, attentiveness, and following each pet’s routine exactly as provided. During walks and drop-in visits, I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level so I can respond appropriately and keep them relaxed and secure. I make sure to follow all instructions carefully, including feeding, leash safety, and home care details, and I take my time getting to know each pet so I can notice what is normal for them and quickly spot any changes. My goal is to build trust through calm, reliable care so pets feel safe and owners feel confident while they’re away.
About: I’ve taken care of many different animals since I was a kid, I have experience with dogs, cats, and rabbits. I am currently a volunteer at Friends of Rabbits, and I am also shadowing at Bethany Centennial Animal Hospital. As an owner of 4 different pets, I have a lot of experience handling different types of animals. I’m currently shadowing and volunteering part time, so I have plenty of time available to spend with your pets. My availability is mostly open depending on when I get scheduled. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog to play with your pets. I will closely follow whatever instructions you ask of me to take care of your pet the best.

Here’s what I offer: Pet-Friendly Home: Pets are welcome on all furniture and warmly invited to sleep in bed with me. Housesitting & Boarding: I prefer housesitting, but I'm also happy to host pets in my pet-free apartment surrounded by scenic trails and walkable neighborhoods. Attention to Detail: Described as kind, attentive, and nurturing, I provide regular photo updates and am happy to accommodate any special requests your pet might have. Health and Safety: Experienced in administering medication and living just across the street from a vet clinic, ensuring swift care in emergencies. Choosing me means your pet will have a temporary guardian and a genuine buddy who delights in their company. I treat every opportunity as a sacred trust, caring for your pet and home as if they were my own. Working from home allows me to give your pet constant care and companionship, offering my undivided attention throughout the day. They will be my top priority, ensuring they are never left alone and always well cared for. In My Home: When boarding pets at my apartment, I create a nurturing environment tailored to each pet's needs. I ensure they feel comfortable and safe, with access to cozy spots for resting and plenty of playtime. We enjoy regular walks along nearby trails and quiet time indoors, maintaining a routine that keeps them happy and relaxed. In Your Home: During housesitting, I focus on keeping your pet’s routine as normal as possible to minimize stress. I'll handle everything from feeding and medications to exercise and play, all in their familiar surroundings. Plus, I make sure to keep your home tidy and secure, giving you peace of mind while you're away.
“Susan did a great job taking care of our two dogs while we were away. We felt totally confident in her ability to care for our pets. I highly recommend Susan for your pet care needs!”

“Alex did a wonderful job with my 2 dogs. We weren’t able to do an in-person meet and greet before the booking, but she did a great job with my nervous chihuahua and even got her to eat (which she usually won’t for others). She took a lot of great photos and provided a detailed description of her visit. 1000% recommend!”

About: I have experience caring for family pets and helping friends and neighbors with their dogs and cats while they're away. My responsibilities have included feeding, walking dogs, providing companionship, administering basic care, cleaning litter boxes, and properly giving medication when needed. While I do not currently own a dog, I have experience walking dogs of different sizes and energy levels and understand the importance of providing them exercise, attention, and safe handling during walks. I have two cats of my own, which has given me firsthand experience understanding pet daily needs, behaviors, and personalities. Through these experiences, I ave learned the importance of patience and attentive care to ensure pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I recently graduated from college and will be starting a new full-time position in a couple of months. In the meantime, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so dog walking is a great fit for me. I enjoy being around animals and providing them with reliable care while helping owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owner is away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, so I adapt my care to meet their individual needs. I also respect my clients' homes by keeping the space clean, securing doors and gates, and treating their property with care. To provide peace of mind, I send regular updates and photos so owners can stay informed about how their pets are doing.
About: I believe what sets me apart is my combination of professional caregiving experience, extensive dog handling experience, and genuine love for animals. I currently have my own service dog and went through 2+ years of weekly training with her, along with 6+ months of obedience training with two other dogs. Through that experience, I’ve become very comfortable working with dogs of different temperaments, energy levels, and behavioral needs. I’m also a registered nurse currently taking a break from nursing to recharge, so providing attentive, compassionate care comes very naturally to me. I’m detail-oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and highly attentive to safety and routines — qualities that are especially helpful with puppies, senior dogs, anxious pets, or dogs with medical needs. Most importantly, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel loved, comfortable, and secure while their owners are away. I’m not working at the moment, so I have plenty of time to give your babies all the love, attention, and care they deserve! But fair warning — they just might end up loving me too! ;D I understand that leaving your pets in someone else’s care can feel stressful, but you can rest assured they will be safe, loved, and well cared for with me. For drop-in visits and walks, I will attend without my own dog present. However, for boarding or daycare services, my service dog, Copper, will be with me. I live in a spacious one-bedroom apartment, and pets staying with me will have plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. They are also welcome on the furniture and will be treated like part of the family.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Columbia
Nancy was wonderful dropping in to visit our dog in the middle of the day over a period of one week. Very professional with good communication and feedback. And our dog was very happy to see her. We liked the fact that she owns a large dog, so was very comfortable with our large dog. Highly recommend. Will definitely contact her in the future as needed.

Jason was amazing! He was attentive, prompt, friendly, and communicated so well throughout the entire visit. During his drop-in with my dog, Goose, he sent tons of photos and videos along with a detailed update, which gave me great peace of mind. I will absolutely book Jason again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.
Second time that Jasmine has taken care of Kiko and it was great. Kiko is very nervous around people, and we threw Jasmine right into the middle of a family reunion to to ease Kiko into the situation. During the three hours that Jasmine was here, her instincts were excellent, and by the time an hour or so had passed she had helped Kiko to be totally at ease around the 25 or so attendees, eventually leading Kiko to kind of be the star of the show. :) Thanks Jasmine!!

Zachary was great! The visit turned out to be a drop-in visit where he and my girl Bella met for the first time. Zachary was caring enough to commit to giving Bella more time to get to know him.and he was concerned and expressed his desire and willingness to help me without me having to ask or convince him to give us more meet and greet time. You are a God send and I’m so glad you are willing to try to help help us. Thank you.

Did a meet/greet with Sophia before her drop in visit with my pups and she was great! During the drop in visit she did all the things we asked as well as updating us during her time with my pups. So glad we found Sophia and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter for their fur babies.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
