Jaeda is awesome! Lucy loves her and behaves perfectly for her! Lucy gets overly excited when she goes for walks, and she jumps, barks, and bites at her harness and leash. Since Jaeda has worked with her, Lucy now comes to the door, sits and waits for me to open the door and give her the ok to go out the door. Also, Lucy sometimes makes it difficult to take her for a walk, so Jaeda taught me how to encourage her with treats and patience. I am so grateful for Jaeda! I highly recommend her for walking, training, and anything that involves caring for dogs or cats! Lucy also gives her five stars!
Alexandra is the best!! My dog is protective of myself so when they first met I was very nervous but Alexandra had so much caution and bravery! She sees my girl twice a week and always is very thorough with what happened during the walk, how Harlow was acting, and so on. The two of them even play ball together. Alexandra is even super flexible with my varying schedule which is wonderful. Highly highly recommend.

I booked Katherine at the last minute (the day before) to walk my two dogs and she responded quickly to my request. Because my last minute request didn’t allow for a meet and greet, one of my dogs was skeptical of Katherine so she improvised and took them in the backyard to play. The poop was bagged, doors locked, and dogs were happy when we came home! I’m grateful she was able to accommodate my last minute request and we will definitely be booking walks again with her!

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
