(husky people know what I mean!) The neighborhood sparrows are now hopping around collecting the escaped fur tumbleweeds to line their nests so I'd say it was a successful drop in visit all around.”

About: I’ve always grown up with dogs and cats, so I have lots of experience caring for both. My mom currently has 3 lab mixes and one of them is, unfortunately, getting up there in age and when I visit her, I try to help as much as I can, so I have experience caring for older dogs. I have one dog of my own who is my best friend! He’s a 6 year old black lab with nonstop enthusiasm for walks, chasing squirrels, and sniffing his way through every park in Baltimore City. He is also a fearless rat patroller! We have had him since he was a puppy, so I have been able to get experience training him and learning to work with, and love, all of his quirks, and I’m excited to do the same for your pets! I work a normal 40 hr work week, but am happy to fill in to help with your pet needs. I work from home mostly, so outside of my occasional in office days, I’m available to be with your pets through the day during the week! I am always available on the weekends. I have my own dog and a partner who works occasional odd or long hours, so there are times I will have to head back home to check on my own pup! In my own home, our dog has free range over the house! He rules the place and, unfortunately, doesn’t get along with other dogs, so I’m not able to offer boarding services in my home. While I’m at yours or with your pet, I will treat them like my own - lots of love, occasional treats (as many as are okay with you), and whatever else they may need! I’d love to have detailed instructions on how to care for your pet, so I can make sure they are as comfortable as they can be!

I keep a steady, predictable routine that makes it easy to give dogs consistent care. I’m active every day, so walks, playtime, and enrichment naturally fit into my schedule. At home, dogs hang out in my bright sunroom or relaxed living spaces while I’m working or doing things around the house. I’m home often throughout the day, with plenty of breaks for attention, potty trips, and movement. Evenings are calm and structured, with feeding, downtime, and plenty of cuddles or quiet rest depending on your dog’s style. Weekends give me extra time for longer walks, exercise, or just hanging out with your pup. Your dog stays on a clear routine and gets regular supervision, attention, and a calm environment throughout the week. I create a calm, structured environment so dogs feel safe and comfortable. I only host 1–2 dogs at a time, which keeps things low stress and allows me to give each pup personal attention. Dogs can relax in my dog friendly sunroom, hang out with me in the main living areas, or rest in their crate if that’s part of their routine. I follow your feeding, walk, and medication instructions closely. Potty breaks, exercise, and check-ins happen regularly throughout the day. I keep my home clean, organized, and free of hazards, and I’m always nearby to supervise, give attention, and make sure your dog feels at home.

About: We’ve always had dogs and cats growing up, so pet have always been a regular part of my everyday life! I know that sometimes this little things like walks or consistent feeding schedules can be the hardest part of having a pet! Allow me to take that weight from your shoulders! I have extensive experience with large dogs and puppies as well! I regularly housesit for homes with multiple animals and multiple species; dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, gerbils, and hamsters too! I’m currently working part time, but planning and scheduling are important to me. I am more often available in the mornings any day of the week. I value being consistent and reliable so I will only post availability that I’m sure will work! I will make sure to bring your pet everywhere with me! Clingy pets are my bread and butter! I have no problem hanging out as long as needed to always have an eye on your pets when they are in my care.
