“Carly is great with our dogs. She always provides me with details and pictures of her drop in visits, which puts me at ease about our elder dog and our Labrador with epilepsy. She is always responsive very and flexible with our ever changing needs. We are so glad we found her!”

“Jennie was amazing with our three dogs! We had to add another drop in visit the day before our trip unexpectedly and she was happy to accommodate with no issues. Highly recommend and looking forward to rebooking in the future.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life ranging in size from a pug to english mastiffs. My last mastiff had epilepsy so no medical issue is too big for me to handle. I am a recent college graduate looking to make some extra money while looking for a job. I currently have a lot of time on my hands so I am keeping busy by helping other pet owners! Both of my dogs are friendly, but the size of my mastiff Boh can intimidate other dogs. He is a very sweet boy just large. I am able to bring them over to my fenced in yard or come to you and hang out with your pup.
“Sean was everything you could hope for when traveling without your pet. He was very communicative, prompt and professional and left us feeling that Ellie was in great hands.”

“Fallon was wonderful! Very communicative and reliable. Our Lab was in excellent hands with Fallon visiting him multiple times a day while we were away. We will be in touch again. Thank you so much!!”

About: I have two indoor cats that I have raised for the last two years. However, when growing up I always had multiple dogs in my house that I helped care for, specifically Great Danes and Labradors. I know how to care for them and am looking forward to treating them as if they were my own. I work full time from 6:30am to 3:00pm, so I am unavailable during those times. I can walk or check in on your pets anytime during the weekend, evenings, or early mornings depending on customer needs. I provide services in others homes, not my own and I will respect any boundaries that are set. I am willing to meet parents and animals before a service so they get to know me and are comfortable with me around their pets.
“Hannah is the best! We use her solely and consistently each week for our two Labrador Retrievers. She is great at communication and our dogs love her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALWAYS!”

“Ariel did a great job taking care of our two cats. She was very respectful of our space and reliably communicated with me about our shy cat who likes to hide. We’d be happy to book her again!”

“I feel like I left a review already but I don't see it so maybe I'm crazy. Anyway I have Samantha booked weekly to take my dog out. She is reliable and quick to respond, and very flexible, and great with my weird finicky dog.”

“Melissa is phenomenal! I cannot say enough great things about the service she provides to my cat! It's nice to be able to go out of town and completely trust her as my pet sitter.”

“Brandi went above and beyond for our old girl. I never would have expected to have such an amazing experience and I am forever grateful for all of the attention, treats, walks, love, and care Brandi gave our special needs pup. I hope she never stops being available :D”

I am a college student so right now I have the summer off, but I work mainly on the weekends for Howard County as sports tournament staff! While visiting a clients home I can easily make sure the pet will be safe based on what the pet’s needs are! I am also a collegiate athlete so I will be an active sitter/walker for your pet!

Katherine was fantastic with taking care of my plants while I was on vacation. She is extremely friendly, courteous, and detail oriented. She followed detailed instructions without any problems. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to take care of their plants or animals. I will be using indefinitely.

Samantha has watched our dog twice now and she is always so fantastic with Tahlee! She sent photos of Tahlee while I was out of town! Samantha was able to work with our schedule even with her weekend already being booked out! Absolutely recommend Samantha to house sit your pets!

Kathryn is amazing! She was extremely attentive to my puppy. Each and everyday she went out of her way to care for my puppy. She put my puppy’s needs first I would recommend her service over and over again. Whenever I need support, Kathryn will be my first call.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
