About: It can be so stressful trying to find someone to care for your furry loved one(s) while you’re away; I would love to make it easier for you! I’m an animal lover through-and-through (if you’ve seen it I’ve probably thought about wanting to make friends with it) and I was a dog owner for many years to Samwise, a sweet miniature dachshund. Though I do not currently own any dogs, I am a proud auntie to my two furry nieces–Tetra, a loveable golden retriever and Zora, an energetic goldendoodle–who I routinely see and care for when their family is away. I’ve housesat for friends and family many times throughout the years, for both dogs and cats. Big or small, reserved or energetic, old or young, I’ve dealt with it. My own pets have passed recently and while I adjust to my routine of being a new mom I would love the chance to provide love, attention, and care for your animals. I have a lot of love to give! I currently work only a couple hours a day remotely so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule during the weekdays. I’m also available for most weekends. Nights are a little harder, as I have a little one at home, but not impossible–I have additional child care at home. When caring for your pet you can be rest assured that both your pet and home will be treated with respect. I will provide excellent service and if you’re not happy with me I will take no offense. About: I grew up with a highly energetic German Shepherd as a teen and have lived with and cared for multiple cats as an adult. Aside from that, I’ve done pet and house sitting for friends, neighbors, and acquaintances for several years. About: I've taken care of many different dogs, I am comfortable with all breeds and ages. Ive had experience with every energetic puppies, as well as low energy older dogs, small dogs that are all over the place and loud ones. I've lived in a household with pets basically my while life, aside from dogs I have experience with cats, lizards, small animals (specifically rats and hamsters), and parrots. I am very passionate with them all, love spending time with them. My house and neighborhood is great and safe for walking pets, not many cars come through and there are not that many dogs around, so accidents would not happen. And my house is large with a lot of large empty spaces so the dog wouldnt have a chance to be destructive. Most of the time I would be available, I spend most of my time at home, and I do college online. Occasionally I might leave for a day, and in October I'm going on a trip 5-17. My house is very pet friendly, I currently have rats but they have their own room to which I usually keep the door closed. A large part of the house has a lot of empty spaces and the main living room currently doesn't have much furniture, but still a lot of space to run around. It does have stairs. Our neighborhood is a great place to walk around, not that many cars or people walk around, so there would be no accidents. Unfortunately my back/front yard is not fenced, so the dog would need to stay on a leash. I will also listen and follow all the instructions provided by you in your home, I respect other people's spaces and privacy.

About: Hi there, my name is Rilo! I’ve always been told that I’m “the most animal loving person” folks have ever met. I’ve been caring for animals since I became a reptile and bird keeper at age 8! My philosophy with animals is this: they are all autonomous creatures who deserve to be treated as such! Not only do they deserve love and attention, but also respect for their boundaries and needs. I have experience training puppies, as well as caring for sick cats and administering medication. I am alert and a safety first mind when walking dogs, and truly believe that high quality of life for pets can be found in mental and physical stimulation, which is why walks and creative play are cornerstones in my approach! You can count on detailed updates and photos of your pets when they are in my care, as reliable communication is key! I currently work part time remotely, so I have 20-30 available hours a week (weekends included!) for pet care! I am available for long term gigs, as my PT job is quite flexible! Safety is the most important thing to me. Luckily, working on horse farms will teach you a lot about animal safety. Leashes out to be held with two hands, doors must be closed at all times, and never cross the street without looking twice! (My other line of work is child care, can you tell I care a lot about safety lol!)
