“Kelly and her husband are simply amazing. From booking to post-pick-up, their communication was clear and timely. During Leo's stay with them, Kelly sent me photos, videos, and update comments numerous times throughout the day. It made a huge difference for me and my daughter (9 yo) who missed Leo very much during our trip. They were so warm and kind to Leo, and I could tell that they truly cared for the pet they were looking after. They took Leo to exciting walks, let him play off leach in their backyard, and cuddled with him. I know they've done all of this because they send me so many pictures. Really lovely gentleman. Played and walked Granger every day. He was thoughtful and focused on Granger's preferences. He was home most of the time and clearly had lots of experience with dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving her with him for the week. Pictures every day, and Granger was clearly at ease with him & his home. He is 100% trustworthy. Highly recommended.
Jenna was an amazing choice to board for me while I was out of town. My chihuahua has separation anxiety so I was nervous, but Jenna was willing to do 2 meet and greets with us and was very inquisitive about her habits or behaviors to look out for. She was very communicative with updates throughout the day and photos. She’ll be moving soon but I hope not far as I’ll absolutely be reaching out to book her again.
