Hi! I’m Stan — a lifelong dog and cat owner turned pet sitter based in Ellicott City, Maryland. I’ve spent my whole life around animals and caring for them has always come naturally. Whether it's a long walk with a pup or some quality playtime with a curious cat, I truly enjoy every moment spent with our furry companions. Although I’m new to Rover, my years of hands-on experience speak for themselves. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to give your pet the same level of care and attention they get at home. I can provide pet sitting reviews from pet owners that I have provided services too outside of the Rover Platform.

From the meet and greet to pickup, Stanley was incredible! Very communicative, friendly, and warm towards us and Scruffy. We knew Scruffy would be in great hands in a loving home while we were away. Highly recommend Stanley and will 100% book him next time we need a sitter!

We boarded Benji with Stan for 4 days, and we are so thankful for the care Stan gave him during his stay. As pawrents, our dog's wellbeing is our biggest worry during vacations, and Stan put our mind to ease. He was always prompt when responding to messages, and we could see his love for his furry clients with the way he communicated with us.
Stan was great and the cats seemed to like him a lot!

Schedule
Working from home so I can visit your home during the day or care for your pet at my home. If you need a place to take your pet I have plenty of room at my single family home. Looking for pet sitting and house sitting in the Ellicott City and Columbia Maryland area.

As a pet sitter, I make it my priority to ensure every dog and cat in my care feels safe, loved, and at home. I’m home most days, which means your pet will get plenty of attention and companionship throughout their stay. I have a cozy house with space to play and comfy couches for cuddles—furniture is never off-limits here! I’ve cared for both small and large dogs, as well as all kinds of cats, including hairless breeds like the Sphynx. Whether your pet is energetic or laid-back, I adjust to their personality and needs. Long walks are no problem for pups who need more exercise, and I’m happy to visit the dog park if they’re friendly with other dogs. A stroll through the local park is also on the menu. My goal is to keep every pet in my care active, happy, and stress-free while you're away
A typical day
a dedicated dog and cat sitter who truly loves spending quality time with the pets I care for. Whether it's going on long, energizing walks or playing endless games of fetch, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise and attention. For the feline friends, I bring a gentle approach and enjoy interactive play with cat toys to build trust and keep them engaged. I know every pet has their own personality and needs, so I tailor my care to make sure each one feels comfortable, happy, and loved.
