For the LOVE of dogs!
I have cared for/ owned 6 dogs, 3 cats, 1 bird,1 gerbil, 1 hamster, 1 hermit crab, and 3 fish in my lifetime. My dog now is a 14 year old Boston Terrier and she is my bestie. Her walks are short now so I have plenty of time for longer walks with your dog. I have never met a dog that wasn't comfortable around me. When first meeting a dog, I think it is important for the interaction to go at their pace and for the dog to be comfortable. My dog is part of the family and comes with us to Sunday dinners at Moms, vacations and hikes. She is getting older though and the excursions are mostly limits to Sunday dinners and walks around the neighborhood.

Margaret and her son went above and beyond to take care of our dog. Our dog is hesitant in new places and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. She came out very happy!
Margaret always does an excellent job caring for Buddy. He is very happy to go there each time.
Margaret does a great job with our senior dog.
Couldn’t ask for more. Our dog was taking care of! Margaret also helped with trying to get our dog to stop jumping when preparing to go for a walk.

Schedule
I mostly work from home with about 10-15 hours a week spent away from the house for inspection work. My son plays sports so 2-4 days a week we have a practice or a game and that is about 1-3 hours. Other than that, we are home.

I have a 14 year old Boston Terrier that sleeps most of the time, when its not time to eat. She loves to eat. She does have eye issues and arthritis and needs medication throughout the day. I have a 3 story town house with a rear deck that is gated.
Pets
A typical day
Mostly walks around the neighborhood. Some jogging and or ball throwing is fine too. My dog likes to sunbath on the deck. I am flexible with entertaining and can even bring your dog to a park.
