“Max had great care from Diana. He was only there for one overnight and had some digestive issues due to nervousness but Diana and her family were very understanding and gave him great comfort. Diana and her family were extremely considerate, spent time with us during the drop-off to make sure Max was comfortable before we left, sent an update so we would know how things were going and explained his stay when we picked him up. And, when we unpacked after we returned home, we found a little treat bag for Max. She asked questions to determine his schedule and tried to keep to his routines regarding when he ate, walked, where he slept. She was knowledgeable about different breeds of dogs and knew his traits based on breed. She and her family love dogs and it showed in their interactions. Diana is professional, through and very caring to both pets and owners. I highly recommend her to care for your pet. You'll want to book early, as I'm sure she books very quickly. ”

She was extremely detailed in care, sent lots of videos and pics and checked in with you on how they were doing. Mine is a bit finicky with food in new environments sometimes (she’d rather go play than eat lol). Keyona kept me up to date on how she ate and even offered her fresh food toppers that helped her eat more. My baby is a level 5 clinger and from the updates it looks like she got lots of love and cuddles. She’s back home now, happy and exhausted after a weekend of fun!
