“Umaira and her husband are a very nice couple who loves cats and have some of their own. While Asata was in their home, she was very well cared for. She was kept safe, had things to play with and was allowed to be her playful self. We were initially worried about leaving her with strangers since she is so young but we were assured that she would be well cared for and loved like we do. It seems the promise was kept. We were sent pictures and updates each day for the two days we had to leave her because of a family death out of town. We love her so much and will not leave her again for a very long time. But if we ever need to leave her again, we would leave her in Umaira's care. I would recommend this animal caregiver to anyone who needs a sitter.”

“Amazing sitter for my German Shepherd! I can’t say enough good things about Shakiyla! She watched my German Shepherd, Bucky, for 4 days and took such amazing care of him. Bucky can be a handful with his high energy and anxiety, but she handled him so well. At the last minute, we also asked if she could watch my mom’s dog, Kandi (a Husky/Shepherd mix), and she was more than willing. She cared for Kandi just as wonderfully, making sure her needs were met too. What really impressed me was her communication—she even put me, my mom, and my husband in a group chat so we all stayed updated. That way, if she couldn’t reach one of us, she could easily contact someone else. She went above and beyond by sending daily videos and pictures, which really put me at ease while I was away. On top of that, she shared some really helpful suggestions for Bucky that showed she genuinely cared about his well-being. I am so grateful to have found her, and I plan to book with her every time I need someone to look after Bucky. She’s the best!”

During Leo's stay with them, Kelly sent me photos, videos, and update comments numerous times throughout the day. It made a huge difference for me and my daughter (9 yo) who missed Leo very much during our trip. They were so warm and kind to Leo, and I could tell that they truly cared for the pet they were looking after. They took Leo to exciting walks, let him play off leach in their backyard, and cuddled with him. I know they've done all of this because they send me so many pictures. Leo looked very comfortable and content in the photos and videos. I highly recommend Kelly and her husband!!!”
