“Fantastic!! Shannon watched my one year old very anxious puppy, Luna. I was very nervous Luna wouldn’t settle, but Shannon took the time to allow Luna to open up to her. Within 30 minutes of dropping Luna off I had picture updates and text updates! She continued with many pictures and messages to keep me in the loop of how Lunas day was going. Shannon was so sweet and kind, relieving any nerves I had. She was able to work with my nervous pup and keep her happy! I was so grateful for Shannon’s patience and expert care. She also administered eye drops to my pup who has some eye problems. I felt completely at easy knowing Shannon was diligently watching over my pup. Katarzyna did a great job looking after my dog. I had to book her last minute and I’m glad I went with her. I got regular updates. She kept an eye on my dog when she became picky with eating and made sure she ate. She really looked after my dog like she was her own. The best dog boarding experience!! Irene is so thoughtful, reliable, and caring towards our dogs! She is great at communication and made sure our dog got his medications everyday on time. My other dog, a Shiba Inu, is often moody and still loved staying with Irene! She really understand each pet's personality and makes sure they are comfortable, safe, and happy
