“Fantastic!! Shannon watched my one year old very anxious puppy, Luna. I was very nervous Luna wouldn’t settle, but Shannon took the time to allow Luna to open up to her. Within 30 minutes of dropping Luna off I had picture updates and text updates! She continued with many pictures and messages to keep me in the loop of how Lunas day was going. Shannon was so sweet and kind, relieving any nerves I had. She was able to work with my nervous pup and keep her happy! I was so grateful for Shannon’s patience and expert care. She also administered eye drops to my pup who has some eye problems. I felt completely at easy knowing Shannon was diligently watching over my pup. I plan to use Shannon again and again anytime I’m out of time!”

I’m also happy to follow your pet’s normal feeding, walking, medication, potty, and bedtime routines so they experience as little disruption as possible. I’m available for pet care Monday through Thursday from 5:00–6:30 AM and 6:00PM–10:00 PM, with full-day availability Friday through Sunday. I work close to home, so pets staying with me can receive a lunch-break check-in during my workdays. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine and provide dependable, loving care. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special instructions before providing care. I’m attentive during walks and visits, keep pets supervised, and follow your instructions carefully. I’ll also provide updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your fur baby is doing. Ms. Jae is absolutely wonderful. She took my baby girl in as her own this past weekend and even had another energetic pup visiting that Cora could enjoy spending time with. Ms. Jae knew that I was worried given a few of my past experiences here in Baltimore and she made it her duty to send me multiple updates and photos throughout my time away from Cora. My was smiling the whole time, and I could really tell that she was happy and well cared for. You can tell that she really cares about making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved in her space. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will likely only send her to Ms. Jae from now on as long as she will have her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We recently had our dog board with Dimitri for about 5 days. This was our first time with Dimitri and we were very happy. We felt confident that he could manage our dog, who is on the larger side (60 lbs), very strong, and prey driven. He was very responsive to my texts and sent me lots of pictures. He even gave our dog a bath, when he found a tick on another dog in his care. We would definitely board with him again!
Cheryl was awesome! She welcomed my fur baby into her home and treated him like her own. She provided updates, pictures, and videos. P1 definitely had a great time, and we really appreciate the care you gave him. One small thing we noticed afterward was that all the food we prepared was gone, which ended up being a bit more than his usual amount. He had a couple more bowel movements than normal, so we think he may have been slightly overfed. Just wanted to mention this for future reference. Thank you again!
