Aaron was great. He communicated with me the entire time and sent plenty of pics! Dallas enjoyed his stay and came back as happy as can be!
Junior was in great hands. I liked the photo updates, and communication. Aaron even took Junior in a little earlier than my booked time to accommodate my schedule. Junior got a chance to socialize with another dog and enjoyed his play date. I will be booking with him again. Thanks for keeping Junior.
Horrible ! I wish i could leave zero stars. Soo UNPROFESSIONAL & Unreliable. I booked him at least 2 weeks before my trip and the night before he says he’s going to the “busy” the day of my scheduled drop off so he wanted me to bring my dog the night before.. it was already late and was unable to.. then he IS UNRESPONSIVE THE DAY OF MY TRAVEL. Forcing me to find another sitter super last min! It was a nightmare… and I’m glad i didn’t leave my dog with someone so unpredictable.. just terrible.

Communication with Aaron was inconsistent from the start. Even after requesting to be provided routine updates and photos/ videos confirming Sebastian’s well-being, there was a 10-hour delay before an update was finally provided. Having to constantly worry about Sebastian’s safety and wellbeing left me with constant fear and apprehension with ever using this service again for boarding. Even after expressing to Rover my fears and reasonable expectations for communication with the sitter they only offered to replace the sitter or provide me with a percentage of a refund. The entire experience was a nightmare.
