One of Lottie's collars got left behind during pick-up and Elisha dropped it off at my house the next day (a previous sitter didn't offer to do that and I had to make a return trip). Ms. Jae is absolutely wonderful. She took my baby girl in as her own this past weekend and even had another energetic pup visiting that Cora could enjoy spending time with. Ms. Jae knew that I was worried given a few of my past experiences here in Baltimore and she made it her duty to send me multiple updates and photos throughout my time away from Cora. My was smiling the whole time, and I could really tell that she was happy and well cared for. You can tell that she really cares about making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved in her space. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will likely only send her to Ms. Jae from now on as long as she will have her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We recently had our dog board with Dimitri for about 5 days. This was our first time with Dimitri and we were very happy. We felt confident that he could manage our dog, who is on the larger side (60 lbs), very strong, and prey driven. He was very responsive to my texts and sent me lots of pictures. He even gave our dog a bath, when he found a tick on another dog in his care. We would definitely board with him again!
Cheryl was awesome! She welcomed my fur baby into her home and treated him like her own. She provided updates, pictures, and videos. And as a bonus my fur baby got to hang out with her beautiful daughter. I could not ask for a more "genuinely" compassionate, and loving family to leave my boy with. I would completely use her again. Amaya did a great job caring for my fur baby BB while I was away for 11 nights on a mission trip to Africa. She accepted BB even though she had less than a week's notice. She did send pictures and a video of how BB was adjusting to her home, family, & their fur baby but because I did not have International calling ability & the Rover phone number provided is not set up to receive Google video calls or WhatsApp text. So, I had to wait until I returned home to get the updates. Amaya gave me a report on BB when I returned. Her home & the grounds are perfect for BB. I would certainly consider Amaya if I needed services for BB again.
Our dog Bax loved hanging out with Anita! I think he missed her when we left. Anita did an amazing job with communicating on when she walked our dog and how he was doing. She also sent random pictures of him just to send which was really nice. I would definitely book again!!
We had a wonderful experience with Ayanna and her family! She was incredibly attentive and treated our boy with so much love and care—like he was part of her own family. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend her services!
P1 definitely had a great time, and we really appreciate the care you gave him. One small thing we noticed afterward was that all the food we prepared was gone, which ended up being a bit more than his usual amount. He had a couple more bowel movements than normal, so we think he may have been slightly overfed. Just wanted to mention this for future reference. Thank you again!
