About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 11 years old, and I’m comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. People have called me a “pet whisperer” because I have a calm, patient way of connecting with animals and earning their trust. I’m also physically strong and confident handling large, powerful, and energetic dogs, including dogs who need firm leash control, longer walks, structure, and plenty of activity. Safety, patience, and clear communication are always my priorities. I’m available 7 days a week and have a flexible schedule throughout the day. I can help with morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night care depending on your pet’s needs. Whether you need regular visits, last-minute help, walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. About: Caring for animals has always come naturally to us, my husband and I have had pets (dogs, cats, hamsters, birds) all our lives — our last adoption of two bonded, senior rescues in 2017 was truly life-changing. Eddie, a gentle yet protective lab mix, and Willie, a spirited and stocky, dachshund mix, helped teach our daughter what unconditional love fully looks like, while reminding our family the special bonds that come from the gift of furry family members. We had seven amazing years with them! Since then we've become our neighborhood's pet sitters for dog's and cats alike - enjoying missed pet cuddles, while support friends who need to be away for a bit. An aspect that really helped us was working with the wonderful trainers at DogWorks in Baltimore, when our good-boys first arrived. It vastly helped them adjust, and gave us the awareness to become more responsive, respectful, and emotionally present caretakers. We still feel care taking starts with listening~ to instructions, but also to pet’s body language, rhythm, and preferences. We’ve cared for senior dogs who needed patience and understanding while they learned to trust again, puppies who have unlimited energy and child-like needs, as well as pets with medical and emotional needs. Now that we're pet empty-nesters, and experience and trust with friends and family's pets, we wanted to open our home to support a broader range of family's who could use one-on-one care like we did. We have a fully fenced in quarter-acre back yard, a pet-friendly house, and a seven year old daughter who wants to be a Vet when she grows up :). I’m currently working a hybrid schedule, while my husband, Bobby, is fully remote working at home. (Even when we're in a meeting we've even left the Pet Channel or the cartoon Bluey (since its produced only in colors dogs can see!) streaming for additional comfort ;) It's rewarding to have flexible schedule ensuring pets are rarely (if ever) be left alone. Weekends and holidays are available too, especially if you know if advance for time to plan ahead, please just ask :) We treat every pet as if they were our own!~ Safe Environment: Our home is smoke-free, pet-proofed, and has a securely fenced yard. Health & Comfort: We follow your instructions exactly, whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, or training routines. Supervision: We never leave visiting pets outside unattended. I’m a lifelong dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with animals of all sizes and personalities. Growing up, my family had a Shih Tzu named Peppa, and over the years I’ve cared for several dogs including a pit bull named Blu and my energetic little furball, Oreo. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable working with both small and large breeds. Friends often joke that I’m a “dog whisperer” because I’m naturally attentive to dogs’ personalities and needs. I believe every dog deserves patience, affection, and a safe environment while their owner is away. I have experience with basic grooming such as brushing, bathing, and teeth cleaning, and I’m happy to help keep your pup comfortable and cared for. While I don’t do professional trimming, I’m always attentive to maintaining your dog’s routine and well-being. There are plenty of grassy areas (including a huge hill that is popular for the pups to run down) surrounding my place. There are also some cool parks that I'd likely take your pup to. I aim to make your pet feel as comfortable/at home as possible.

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I had my own dog for 11 years, so I know firsthand what it takes to really care for a pet, especially as they get older. Since my dog lived until 14, senior care and keeping up with medication routines is something I'm very comfortable with, as I had to do for my dog in her last years. I've also looked after family friends' dogs and cats over the years including feeding them, taking them out, making sure they're getting enough playtime and attention. It's always felt less like a job and more like just taking care of someone I love. I'll treat your pet the same way! I lost my dog not too long ago, but taking care of others pet is my way of keeping that love going! I’m currently working part-time with a very flexible schedule the majority of the time! I work from home everyday, except Thursdays. I’m most free Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and the weekends. I have a large yard where your dog can run, explore, and play freely. Since I no longer have a dog of my own, my home and attention are completely focused on your pet during their stay. Dogs are welcome indoors and I treat them like family. They won't be left alone for long periods. I follow each pet's routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules and any medications. I send regular photo and text updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I've taken care of pets all my life, with always having at least one dog and one cat at a time, but also having up to three dogs, one cat, and several fish as well. I love any type of animal, and spending time with them is very special to me. I am a very active person so walking your floofer is not a problem! I've also cared for senior dogs as well, as well as taking care of family's and friend's pets over the years. I am currently unemployed as I am a student in college, but when I come home from breaks I am very eager to make your lives easier and watch your pets for you. Since I'll be available mostly over the holiday season as well as summer, it's perfect timing for when you travel to see your family or go on vacations! I will follow any instructions given as to the best way to care for your pet, and I will make sure they're as comfortable and happy as possible!

About: I’m taking a break from work to pass an exam. I now have all day availability and I adore dogs! I have grown up with dogs my entire life and now I have two of my own! I’ve helped out with Lab Rescue and I’m currently looking to help out with BARCS. I love dogs so much and I will treat them as part of my family! I have all day availability 8am through 10 pm. I’m very flexible and willing to work together to do what I can to make anything work! I will follow anything asked! If there are specific harnesses used, your dog is muzzle trained, etc.. I am willing to learn whatever I need to to keep your pet and everyone safe.

About: I grew up with and surrounded by pets and have been helping pet sit for family, friends, and neighbors since I was 8 years old! While I do have a full time job, I have plenty of time to spare to watch and care for your pets over the weekends! I live in an apartment, so while I don’t have a fenced yard, my complex has a large dog park for plenty of exercise and playtime. For cats, my apartment has lots of space to roam, cozy hiding spots, and even a cat tree for climbing and relaxing!
