I’m currently working a hybrid schedule, while my husband, Bobby, is fully remote working at home. (Even when we're in a meeting we've even left the Pet Channel or the cartoon Bluey (since its produced only in colors dogs can see!) streaming for additional comfort ;) It's rewarding to have flexible schedule ensuring pets are rarely (if ever) be left alone. Weekends and holidays are available too, especially if you know if advance for time to plan ahead, please just ask :)

Information Jillian & Bobby K. would like to know about your pet

The more we know, the better we can provide care that works best for you and your family! Here are some prompts to help support our time with them - totally no pressure to fill them all out :) Just a starting point to ensure we're not missing anything you feel's important. Your pet’s daily routine (meals, potty breaks, bedtime): Any medical needs, allergies, or medications: Behavioral quirks or triggers (e.g., reactivity, separation anxiety, eats less when you're away, fewer stairs, when going outside, is helpful for their joints): Training focus or cues you’d like reinforced (and how you reward them): Comfort items or bedtime routines (do they sleep in a crate? on the bed? with music? And where's preferred?) How they are with other pets, people, or new environments: What makes them happiest? Naps, games, walks, just being around, or calming strategies: Messages and photo update preference - to a phone number, or an email address? Anything else? We welcome any additional notes on how you'd like to handle visits (From singular events, to discussing regular return visits too): I value the team effort and want your pet to feel safe, seen, and really cared for while you're away, thanks again!

A typical day

It all depends on what your pet loves! For active dogs, we like to incorporate sniff walks, gentle fetch, or obstacle-style games to keep actively engaged all around. For senior pets or couch cuddlers, I focus on comfort, your preferred enrichment toys, and a relaxing environments. We're also happy to reinforce commands or build in gentle structure to maintain your hard work while away. Bonus fun if you approve includes blanket treat puzzles, homemade frozen treats, and backyard run-arounds with our spirited seven year old.

Pet care experience

Hi friends, I'm so sad to write that we are no longer able to offer caring services due to a traumatic event earlier this year. A Rover pup we watched unexpectedly and violently attached my husband, while our daughter was in the same space. She is also still reactive from the surprise attack, whereas Bobby needed 80 stitches and is still in PT recovering. It's been a life changing experience for us all as I had to manage his round the clock care over the first two months. I was so relieved they had an emergency phone line to call, while in the ER - they kindly listened but left the decisions to me, I appreciated it but needed direction being in shock as much as my family. Once I drove the dog to a new, safe location the next day myself, thanks to the owners setting it up from their cruse, I was relieved of the dog's stay without any follow up, medical support, or professional care. Now more recovered, I needed to post our heartbreaking decision to stop caring for Rover pets in our home. Knowing the same company, who we treasured for enabling dearly valued pets to care for, is the company that did not offer any support for our family is as surprising now as it was then. We wish it had all been different. I asked Bobby to reflect it in his words too~ "On Good-Friday April 4th 2026 I was viciously mauled by a dog that we were sitting Via Rover. We had a good relationship with this dog and its family. After the Attack we reached out to Rover and were given no thought or care, no Guidance or support. Rover Does not care for the safety, well-being, or mental health of their sitters or the sitters family and therefore we will no Longer be sitting. We loved our experiences with our furry friends up until the attack. We will miss them dearly." We wish you all so well, as we loved to care for your pets! Jillian, Bobby & Cora

We are extremely grateful for how Jillian, Bobby, and their daughter took care of our dog. They sent us lots of pictures and gave us consistent updates on how he was doing. It really gave us the peace of mind we needed in order to enjoy our time away from home. We look forward to Sherlock, staying with them again.

Jillian and Bobby (and their daughter) were absolutely wonderful with Dash. They were highly communicative and asked many questions in an effort to keep Dash on his usual routine. He seemed very happy in the videos they sent. I highly recommend them as sitters. I plan to use them again if we need sitter services.

Jillian and Bobby treated our pooches like their own. It was wonderful to see daily photos and see how well they were treated. We definitely plan to work with them in the future.

Jillian & Bobby were fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thoughtful and communicative, they welcomed our pup into their house as if he was part of their family, and asked about skills we were working on so as to not hinder training. Scotchy got lots of time outside with them, lots of cuddles and play, and came home happy and tired. We’re so grateful- highly recommend!
