I'm generally around most of the time and can be pretty flexible. My kids and I go on regular walks and would be happy to take your dog along with us! I can provide regular walks, overnight care in my secure home, or doggy daycare at my home.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced in yard, and a space for your dog to relax away from my young kids. If your dog wants to be in the thick of it, we would welcome that too. The dog will be fully supervised around the kids, and my kids are great with animals, having grown up on a farm until the end of 2025. The only animals we own these days are chickens in a secure area in our back yard.

Information Lydia B. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any specific requirements - I'm happy to accommodate as much as possible! I've got a safe space for your dog to relax and plenty of stimulation in a busy house to keep your dog entertained. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your 4-legged family NOTE: my kids are 5 years old, 3 years old and a very excitable 1.5 year old - we've made the decision not to accept any pit bull mixes who don't have experience with toddlers, after a close call recently. Thanks for understanding.
A typical day
I go on regular walks with my kids around the neighborhood and neighboring parks, I am also outside constantly in the warmer seasons, getting the odd job done or playing with the kids. Your dog would be welcome to join in as much or as little of our daily life as they'd like

Lydia is a great dog sitter! She, and her family, are very personable and kind. Throughout our trip, Lydia always kept me updated about our Yorkiepoo, Oreo!

Lydia was Great. Mac looked sooo happy and she sent pics of him playing with the other dogs.
