“Casie was wonderful and took great care of my cat Bella while I was out of town! She sent very good pictures and left me detailed updates about her while I was gone. Felt good knowing she was well cared for while I wasn’t there!”

About: Starting at the age of 11 up to today I have been trusted to take care, bathe and feed animals in my neighborhood, friends and family. I’m well at observing and giving medication if needed for older pets but also can be playful and help with the puppies/kittens as well! I currently work at an animal hospital which helps in my knowledge of feeding and taking care of pets. I work part time, mainly mornings but I’m willing to work around that if needed. I am available on weekends and holidays to take care of your pets needs. I can usually make something work around my schedule. At my house, there is acres of land and space. I have two very friendly dogs which I can either keep away or keep your pet company whichever is fine. For the clients home, I’m willing to work with whatever situation/care is needed
“Ayanna is wonderful my puppy loves her. She’s attentive to detail..she ask questions for clarity. She’s an amazing sitter. I have her come in for drop in visits while I’m at work. She is very kind. Would definitely recommend her to people.”

“This was my first experience with Rover and what a great experience it was! I was looking for a transitional caretaker for my mom’s cat in her assisted living apartment. After finding Amie, she was able to start right away. She made daily visits to care for Ping, who my mom was struggling to care for. Amie got Ping fed on a regular basis and got the litter box under control. She is responsible, very caring, and works in a timely manner. She shows up when she says she is going to. Ping and my mom love her and Ping is a much happier, healthier cat! I would highly recommend her as a pet caretaker.”

About: I work as an assistant manager at Preston’s Country Club for Pets, supporting daily kennel operations. What sets me apart is the experienced, attentive care I give every pet. I take time to learn their personality, routines, and comfort needs, with hands-on experience caring for puppies, senior pets, and providing gentle medication support. I am currently attending University of Maryland, however I only have class for few hours a day. My schedule for classes are Monday,Wednesday, Friday 9am to 1pm and Tuesday, Thursday 3:30pm-4:45pm. I care for pets in my client’s home by following their established routines to keep pets comfortable and stress free. This includes feeding according to instructions, providing fresh water, walks or exercise, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. I also maintain the home by cleaning up after pets, keeping food and litter areas tidy, and sending regular updates and photos so owners feel confident their pets are well cared for while they’re away.
“She took great care of my kitties for one week. They got used to her visits by the end of the week and came out when she came in! Maybe it was the treats she would give? 😻😻😻 Jennifer also got the mail for me while I was gone. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend!”

“Terry was able to watch my cat last minute and at such an affordable price! I always worry about my cat when I leave him with somebody but all the pictures and messages Terry sent eased my mind so much. He’s definitely my go to cat sitter from now on!!!”

“Jayla did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away! She was timely for her 2x a day visit and patient with a kitty who likes to try to get out of her daily medication. We'll absolutely be using Jayla again!”

“Sarah was great! She took fantastic care of our two cats, visiting twice a day. She tried to send photos each time of our sometimes elusive babies. She even fed a stray that me mentioned might come by. Thanks, Sarah.”

About: Hi! I’m Stan — a lifelong dog and cat owner turned pet sitter based in Ellicott City, Maryland. I’ve spent my whole life around animals and caring for them has always come naturally. Whether it's a long walk with a pup or some quality playtime with a curious cat, I truly enjoy every moment spent with our furry companions. Although I’m new to Rover, my years of hands-on experience speak for themselves. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to give your pet the same level of care and attention they get at home. I can provide pet sitting reviews from pet owners that I have provided services too outside of the Rover Platform. Working from home so I can visit your home during the day or care for your pet at my home. If you need a place to take your pet I have plenty of room at my single family home. Looking for pet sitting and house sitting in the Ellicott City and Columbia Maryland area. As a pet sitter, I make it my priority to ensure every dog and cat in my care feels safe, loved, and at home. I’m home most days, which means your pet will get plenty of attention and companionship throughout their stay. I have a cozy house with space to play and comfy couches for cuddles—furniture is never off-limits here! I’ve cared for both small and large dogs, as well as all kinds of cats, including hairless breeds like the Sphynx. Whether your pet is energetic or laid-back, I adjust to their personality and needs. Long walks are no problem for pups who need more exercise, and I’m happy to visit the dog park if they’re friendly with other dogs. A stroll through the local park is also on the menu. My goal is to keep every pet in my care active, happy, and stress-free while you're away
About: I have an experience with puppies through old dog, so I know how to take care of dogs that are on any stage of the life. I have fence at home to be used when I invited another dog to my home. I also have enough rooms to separate them if I need to.

I can't say enough about Pam. She's wonderful with our girls and I know they adore her. She earns a 100% for communication, responsibility, and for loving our girls. On our last trip, our flight got cancelled and she stepped right up by continuing to care for our girls and communicating with us each step of the way. She helped us out so much. We are truly thankful for her!

Erin is flexible, responsible and goes above and beyond to make sure that things are taken care of. She communicates frequently, is patient with last minute changes and makes sure to spend time with our pets. I don’t ever worry about them when Erin is sitting. She is truly a professional, trustworthy petsitter.
