We had an issue with the door handle that she took care of, the dogs had a rough day and she handled it, she got my mail, and even cleaned up some dog hair! One of our pups decided to go on a hunger strike and she got him eating again by hand feeding him! I would not hesitate for a second to have her back! She was the best and I highly recommend her!”

They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly!
