“Pam did a fantastic job with our girls. She came to meet them during the meet and greet and even stopped over again to make sure she understood what she needed to do right before the trip. She followed their schedule perfectly and spent a lot of time engaging and playing with them. I could tell immediately that my girls trusted her. She sent lots of pictures/videos and was detailed in her drop in update. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to have her care for our girls again.”

About: I've had family dogs for 13 years, but started taking care of some of my neighbors' dogs 5 years ago, whether it be taking them for potty breaks or staying over at their house to give them attentive care. I work part time at a pet boarding place as a kennel tech, so I have lots of experience with many different breeds and temperaments of both cats and dogs. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, from Yorkie to Saint Bernard, and have lots of experience caring for both puppies and senior pets that might need more rigorous attention. I will be working part-time this summer, meaning that on the occasional days I work, I am available any time before 8am and then after 1-2pm. I can still stay over with your pet any day, that just means that on workdays, I would feed and walk them (And any other things necessary) before 8am, and then have to leave for work and then come back at 1-2. Whenever I am not actively at work, I can spend all my time caring for your pets! I am experienced at reading pet body language and adapting to how they respond. I am very communicative and will send lots of updates about your pet, including daily pictures of your fur babies! I can supply treats (with your approval) and can take them to parks and other places for walks, as I have a car and license. I'm dedicated to making sure your animal is as happy as can be :-)

“Destiny was great with our two kitties! She did several drop ins while we were out of town and she cleaned litter and food well, as well as our kittie water fountain. She even picked up some stuff the kitties had knocked over and let us know where she put it. Additionally, she tried to befriend our shy kittie, and even though he didn't want to come out it was nice that she kept checking on him!”

About: I’ve had multiple pets in my home since age 8. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and fish. Aside from taking care of multiple animals in my home I also started regularly housesitting and dog sitting in high school. I have several years of work experience with children, demonstrating my responsibility, caring, attention to detail and relationship-building. i am a student, so i am only available for the summer. I am in between school and an internship so i have full availability day-to-day unless i have a conflicting appointment! I do not host pets in my home but I am more than familiar with the various safety measures some pet parents use like gates or crates. I am also experienced with walking big dogs, so I take extra precautions when walking to make sure that my puppies don’t go off leash or run into other aggressive dogs.

About: Pets aren’t just a hobby for me. They have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have personally owned and raised many dogs and cats of various shapes, sizes and personalities. This experience has given me a deep love and understanding of animal behavior needs and unique quirks. I currently work full-time but I am available early morning and evenings during the week and I have an open weekend schedule availability for all times. Caring for pets in their own home is all about maintaining their normal routine to keep their stress low. I will send regular photo update, so they have total piece of mine while they’re away.
