Yasmine is the best person you could possibly have to care for your fur baby! All week I received detailed visit reports and many adorable pictures. First time I had left my 7 year old big kitty but after first visit knew he was in the best of hands! Yasmine even washed the couch cover when he threw up and took out trash/litter which I never would have expected. She figured out his favorite thing is to snuggle on top of you and indulged him. Yasmine will be one I call when need arises and I strongly recommend her!!!!!!
Stephanie is amazing and treats our baby like her own. She is always on time for drop-ins and makes sure our dog gets a walk, some water, and a midday snack. She plays with him and gives him much love during the visits. We couldn’t have asked for a better helper with our puppy!

We really appreciated starting with a meet and greet—it gave us a chance to get comfortable with one another and made the first walk feel seamless. She was warm, professional, and dependable, and she even went above and beyond by cleaning up a small mess on our carpet. I was also incredibly grateful that she accommodated a last-minute request. Esosa was amazing! From the moment she came to the meet and greet, I knew she would be a great fit. My dog has a lot of high energy, but she was so patient and willing to be gentle with her. She was punctual and made sure she showed up when she was supposed to. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
