I appreciate all notes and strictly follow your fur baby's schedule such as feeding time, administering medicine, bed time, etc. I also aim for two walks minimum (morning and afternoon), and enjoy trips to the park if time allows.

She was reliable, communicative, and always kept me updated with photos and messages after each visit, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. She also handled an unexpected situation with incredible professionalism and kindness, and I really appreciated her understanding throughout it all. I came home to a happy, healthy kitten, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
