Lakshmi was an amazing Rover find, and I appreciated her every step of the way. She was willing to visit my home first and then welcomed me to her home so I could make sure I felt completely comfortable before booking. Throughout the stay, she sent frequent updates and photos of my dogs happily playing both inside her home and outside in her fenced-in backyard, including with her own big and little dogs—a setup very similar to mine. I never worried about whether they were safe, comfortable or having a good time. She even managed to teach my almost one-year-old standard poodle to stop constantly harassing his much smaller Pekingese brother to play! I came home to a noticeably more peaceful house, and Lakshmi gave me helpful tips for maintaining that progress. Her lovely home sits on a corner lot with a sizable yard where the dogs could get plenty of exercise. She also already had crates available, so I did not need to bring my own, and she provided pickup and drop-off, which made everything incredibly easy. I now refer to Lakshmi as my dogs’ honorary grandmother, and I am so grateful I found her. She clearly understands dogs, and I will absolutely book her again when I travel for work or pleasure. I highly recommend her!

Ace had a great time staying with Lakshme. Her backyard is a great hangout and he enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Lakshme is great with dogs and provided us with constant updates. Would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. My husband and I needed a last minute booking and Lakshme was prompt with her response. She kept us updated while being out of town and that really gave me a peace of mind. She was kind and handled my fur babies really well. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be booking in the near future.

Lakshme is an absolute gem — I couldn’t ask for a better sitter! From the moment I dropped off Jase, it was clear Lakshme genuinely gets dogs. She picked up on his personality right away and knew exactly how to make him feel comfortable and at ease. That kind of intuition is rare and means everything as a pet parent leaving your fur baby in someone else’s hands. Throughout the stay, Lakshme kept me in the loop with regular updates and photos — the kind that make you smile and actually stop worrying. I never had to wonder how Jase was doing because she was always one step ahead. When I picked him up, the proof was in the pudding: happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. That says it all. I will absolutely be booking with Lakshme again and recommend her without any hesitation to anyone looking for a sitter who truly cares. 🐾

AMAZING experience with Lakshme! She went all out for my dog, Ches, on a cold and rainy Saturday morning at 5:30 AM! Not only did she greet him with treats and pics, but she also shared the big bed upstairs with him. She is always great with Ches and is extremely knowledgeable!
