“This was our first time boarding Black with a sitter, and Crystal provided a great experience for Black and for us. When we dropped him off, he didn’t even look back as she ushered him inside which told us he was comfortable with Crystal from the very beginning. When we picked Black up, he was excited to see us AND sad for his weekend with Crystal to come to an end. Black had a couple of behavioral issues during his stay and Crystal was very attentive taking great care of his needs and keeping us updated with great photos and detailed reports. About: I've had dogs since I was 9 years old. Friends and family rely on me to walk and feed their dogs. I love playing and caring for dogs! I mostly work from home during the week so I am able to be fully present and attentive to those I am watching during that time. I stick to a schedule based on what their owner has told me what their needs are. “Ahhhmazing!!! Michelle will absolutely be our go to dog sitter! Oliver is still a puppy so he is high energy and still working on his potty training. This was our first time using rover and his first time away from us. Michelle took care of him above and beyond our expectations! She sent us model pictures of him daily (much better than he lets us take of him, so we have new profile pics of him, lol!) She provided daily updates with the pics too, all of which gave us complete peace of mind! We couldn’t have had a better experience and that made our vacation that much more relaxing. Nicholas is great, he took care of my retired working dog for just shy of a week while I was on vacation. While that doesn’t seem like a tall task at face value, it can be incredibly challenging. Especially with my old man, who suffers from chronic pain, and a degenerative hip condition from his working days along with a cognitive decline. My dog is my family, I’ve spent more time with him in the last 7 years than I did with my wife and kid. Immediately upon Nicholas meeting Boris, I felt at ease. During my trip he updated me multiple times daily and provided pictures, which let me relax and enjoy my vacation knowing Boris was being truly cared for in my absence. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Will absolutely book with him again anytime I need to leave and cannot bring my dog with me.

They also gave me great advice on how to treat her diarrhea, and thanks to their guidance, I now know how to better prepare Nagi for her next stay to help prevent the same thing from happening again.
