1. Dominique L.

“Dominique is reliable and responsive. She kept me informed during my time away, sending photos and assurances that Lexi was safe and well. She left my house immaculate.”

2. Jessica D.

“Jessica came in clutch when another dog sitter fell through only a few days from me leaving town. She was very flexible, accommodating, and took great care of my best friend. Her generosity and help ensured I was able to get home to my family for a few days during Christmas. She was very responsive and helped make a stressful situation less stressful. I would definitely recommend Jessica.”

3. Jamie Y.

“Jamie is wonderful! She’s punctual, communicative, and caring. She spent lots of time with our dogs when we were away from the weekend and took great care of them and the house. She also sent lots of pics, which we loved. We can’t recommend Jamie enough! Looking forward to many future bookings with her.”

4. Jill T.

“Jill was a great sitter for my elderly dog who needs additional care and 2 cats. She stayed over 2 nights to make sure they were taken care off. She was responsive to my texts and calls. This was the first time leaving my babies with someone they didn't know. But I felt very comfortable with Jill.”

5. Diana W.

“This was our first time leaving our dogs and house with a sitter so we were a bit nervous about it. One of my dogs is especially very anxious so after a bit of a rocky start, Diana was able to calm them down and get them comfortable with her. The house was in perfect condition when we got back and we feel like she did a good job following the care instructions.”

About: I have a dog loving family who spoil our Golden Retriever, Bandit. We had a super sweet Yellow Lab, Radar, who we recently lost to kidney failure at 14 years of age. I live in a home in Bowie with a fenced yard, close to a dog park and a community park with a pond and bike path. I've loved dogs since childhood, and I will treat your beloved pet like they're my own. I am very generous with treats and I also let guests on the sofa/Lovesac - thank goodness for washable covers! NOTE: I will now charge an extra $10 flat fee for guests dropped off before 7am. Also please try to be as accurate with drop off and pick up times so I can plan around them. I will charge extra $5 per hour in cash beginning 2 hours after the times listed when reservation is made. I work from home 100%. It is essential that I leave my computer a few times a day and just spend time with my pets and guests. I typically walk Bandit and guests twice a day, sometimes more when the weather is especially nice. Occasionally overlaps of bookings will happen and I would need to walk multiple guests separately depending on their size and tendency to pull. More walks mean shorter walks so I can fit them all within my workday. But on very nice days, I indulge my guests on longer walks after work. I accept mostly boarding at my home at this time. I can accept some guests for day care on case by case basis. I do require meet and greets for all new guests. I have a fenced yard where my guests can run around and play. My guests also have freedom to wander in any part of my home, and generally welcome on my couch like my own pets. My kitchen can be closed off if needed, and this helps during mealtime.

7. Alexis N.
“Alexis is an awesome caretaker! She carried for my puppy Kholby multiple times. She was very loving, walked him around the neighborhood, and went out to play with him in her fenced backyard multiple times a day. I received a ton of pictures and videos. She also listen to the list of rules and care instructions I left for my puppy. She goes above and beyond for my puppy! Also was able to accommodate overnight accommodations very last minute.”

8. John G.

“John is, as always, a great pup / house sitter. John helped with letting me know some trouble spots in my fence line for my jumpy pup which I was able to reinforce and it did the trick. I would highly recommend John to stay in anyone's home to watch the pups. Thanks again!”

9. Kadiata T.

“Kadiata took amazing care of our two pups, including administering medicine and caring for our elderly pup. She took excellent care of our home and kept us posted on how things were going. We will definitely book with her again and highly recommend her!”

10. Aliyah B.

“Aliyah was an amazing sitter. She was amazing with our dog. Was very communicative and sent lots of pictures! Would highly recommend!”

11. Kathryn R.
“Kathryn has walked Lexus many times but this was her first time staying at the house to care for Lexus and our cat, Callie. Everything went well. We got daily stays and photos. Kathryn is just great with animals!”

12. Mikaela J.

“Mikaela is wonderful! So kind, thorough, and great with our babies. She even put up with our crazy kitten ? Will definitely be repeat customers if she will have us!”

13. Nani N.

14. Joseph S.
About: Since I was young I’ve loved dogs and have had lots of experience taking care of different breeds. A lot of people say I have a knack to connect with dogs with different dispositions well. I’ve helped friends family members train their young puppies over the years and am looking to get a certification in that soon! I currently choose my own schedule. So I have plenty of time to keep your pups company. I’m available most days before 5pm and after 10pm I’ll take care of your pups by giving them undivided attention and leaning in towards their specific personalities and encouraging them to be themselves .

15. Carlos A.
“Carlos is a very reliable & responsible pet sitter. He has taken care of my two dogs for the past 6-8 years. He always made sure they were taken on long walks & spent time playing with them. When away we always knew they were well taken care of. We highly recommend Carlos.”

16. Nia S.

“Very happy with Nia—very responsive and kept me supplied with pix so I could see my little buddy while I was away. Left house spotless and pup well cared for. Will definitely book again if available!”

17. Savannah J.
“Savannah has more love for animals than anyone I’ve ever met. When she cares for my pets she treats them like family. She follows instructions extremely well and sends lots of cute photos. She’s been my #1 go to for four years running. When my pets are with her I know they are receiving the best care possible.”

18. Alayja V.

20. Vivian N.
About: I've taken care of dogs ranging from the elderly to puppies, which normally comes with learning how to accommodate different personalities as well as attending to each dog's personal needs. I've had to come up with creative ways of getting the most clever dogs to take their medications, including my 16-year-old Yorkie named Sasha. Sasha passed away at the ripe age of 19 years old. I needed company for her brother, my other dog Leo. That's how I got into taking in my neighbor's and friend's dogs for play dates and sleepovers—the morning after includes walks, dog park excursions, and everything in between. Every dog under my care becomes a family member. I'm currently a student, and I'm on summer break. I have plenty of time to play with and care for your loved "paw" ones. I have availability for walks Monday-Sunday anytime and for boarding as needed. A two-day notice is preferred but one-day notices are accepted as well for boarding. I have a large fenced backyard. With plenty of room to run around safely without the worry of traffic or having your dog leashed. If your fur baby is an inside dog, my home is pet friendly on the inside as well. I also have a friendly five-year-old terrier mix who will love to keep your pet company. Dogs have constant access to fresh water and kibble. Please provide resources and details if you have a preferred dog food and feeding schedule. I will uphold your preferences.
