I have a pond behind my house where I can walk dogs to get in a good exercise. I also have a long sidewalk trail in my neighborhood that also has a great area of grass land for dogs to run and play. I lastly have a park 2 minutes from my house where dogs can run,play and interact with other dogs.

My daughter goes to school or camp during the day, but she enjoys walking and playing with our dog clients before and after school/camp, always under my supervision. Together, we make sure your pup feels loved, engaged, and part of our family routine. I also provide daily photo and message updates, so you always know how your pet is doing. We walk your pup/s on a leash at all times unless we have access to an enclosed yard. Generally, we prefer to crate overnight especially if this is your first time using Rover for dog sitting, but we can adapt as needed. Your pup will spend most of their day outside of their crate but perhaps, contained in a part of the house (e,g, watching tv in the sitting room or hanging in the kitchen while we prepare meals). We will try our best to incorporate their usual routine and preferences whenever possible. For puppies, we prefer to crate/contain in confined area.

About: I've grown up around cats, dogs, and guinea pigs my entire life. I've watched the neighbors and multiple friends pets many of time. I have also worked with horses and done barn work a good majority of my life. I am a wildlife major at the University of Maryland and do a lot of work with all sorts of animals and can promise I am equipped to work with all types of pet personalities! I work 10 am-4 pmMondays through Thursdays so I am available before in the morning and all afternoon and evening. Fridays - Sunday I am available most of the day, with an occasional restaurant dinner shift from 4pm-10:30 pm, with which I am still very flexible and can help out during the day and after work. As an animal lover with experience caring for both pets and other animals, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection while maintaining their usual routine. I follow all owner instructions carefully, monitor pets for any signs of illness or discomfort, and keep their environment safe, clean, and secure. I also provide regular updates to owners and closely follow any special instructions regarding diet, behavior, or medical needs.

About: I have always grown up with pets since I was able to walk. Dogs are my favorite thing in life!! I recently had to send my dog to heaven and haven’t been quite ever to get over it. I still have his toy and often pet sit for family and friends to try and fill the void. This will give me just that!! I currently do brand ambassador work so I creat my own schedule, which is great.
