Asha did a great job taking care of my cat Shiro! We had her do overnight in home care taking and she did an amazing job. Followed all instructions to the T, kept my place tidy and Shiro was well cared for. He takes his time getting used to new pet sitters however he did end up cuddling with Asha near the end of her visit. She also kept me regularly updated with pictures and a quick summary!

Karleigh was great! Lolah finally warmed up to her, and sometimes cats act weird around strangers, but Karleigh was great at breaking the ice! Really appreciate you Karleigh! Hope to have you over again! Thanks!!

Chandler is the BEST! I have a rescue dog with anxiety and she doesn’t always warm up to people so it has been hard to find a pet sitter that my girl Sadie is comfortable with. Chandler was sweet and patient with Sadie and they were cuddling on the couch in no time. I got lots of pictures and felt 100% sure Sadie was in great hands.

Alexandra was wonderful! She filled in with little notice when another person canceled on us. Alexandra was friendly, communicative and our dogs loved her! She put us at ease especially because this was only our second time using Rover and we had never left our dogs for this long before. I would absolutely recommend her and we definitely hope she will be available when we need her in the future.

Katherine is the best dog sitter we have ever had. She connected with our dog Peanut immediately. We felt very comfortable leaving Peanut with her. Katherine consistently updated us with pictures and information about our precious dog on a daily basis. It helped make our vacation special, knowing that our dog Peanut was in great hands. I will definitely use her again. She deserves a 5 star rating.

About: I have been petsitting, house sitting, cat sitting, and farm sitting since Rover was DogVacay, but actually since I was a child caring for my neighbors pets and horses. My dog Quill is around 8 years old and gets along with almost everyone. No one is perfect. That's why I ask that you allow enough time to schedule a Meet-N-Greet so we know your dog, my dog, and I are a good fit. I do not accept dogs that are not spayed or neutered. Sorry:( I am skilled at giving pills, liquid oral medications, and subcutaneous shots. (think diabetics and thyroid disease for cats) We have taken in a family member's cat in the past year. She is the queen of the household and is not intimidated by most dogs as long as they are not aggressive toward her. I can do drop in visits for cats, reptiles, and birds as needed. I do accept reptiles and birds into my home as well. My Husband and Stepson enjoy all the animals that come and go. I am working full time until June 17th, therefore I only accept dogs on the weekends until school is out. I just updated my summer schedule so there are more opportunities for walks, house sitting, and cat drop ins. I have a fenced patio that the dogs enjoy hanging out on. I do not have a yard, but my Condo is very large and there is plenty of room for the dogs to play and take breaks from each other. I do not take dogs off leash unless I know the dog very well and we are in a safe area such at the dog park or dog beach. I will only take your dog on excursions with your permission. My dog loves to go to the farm and the dog beach, but that's not for everyone. ;)

About: Hi! My name is Aubrey, and I’ve been pet sitting for over 5 years caring for all kinds of animals — from household pets to farm animals. I have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, whether they’re playful puppies and kittens or senior pets needing extra patience and care. I’ve also raised two puppies of my own, so I’m very familiar with puppy care, training, routines, and the patience and attention young dogs need. As a college student and future grad student at UMD, I have a very flexible schedule, especially over the summer and into next semester. I’m available for overnight stays, daily check-ins, walks, feeding, medication administration, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I understand every pet has different needs, and I always make it a priority to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! As a college and future grad student here at UMD, I have a flexible schedule with availability for overnights, walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I always make sure to ask questions not only about your puppy but your house and regular routines. Health in animals is very important while you’re away so I always ask to have detailed notes or instructions.

Aliyah watched my four pets (2 cats and 2 dogs) for 6 days while I was out of state and she was amazing! Some of my pets are elderly and have some medical issues. Aliyah followed all my instructions and went above and beyond when there was a little bit of an issue towards the end of the vacation (just dogs being dogs, nothing Aliyah did wrong or could have prevented). I will absolutely utilize her services as long as she offers them!

About: Around here, every pet gets the “favorite auntie” treatment! Hi! I’m Nicole — also known as “Titi” by my favorite little humans — and I’ve built my pet care style around the patience, affection and reliability of your favorite auntie with an emphasis on attention to each pet’s unique needs. From cuddle time to structured routines, I believe pets thrive when they feel safe, understood, and loved. 🧡🐾 My experience in a nutshell: * 5-star rated sitter with 40+ reviews and repeat clients, serving over 200 clients in my 7 years * Experienced with dogs, cats, puppies, senior pets, and special-needs pets * Pet First Aid & CPR certified (American Red Cross) * Comfortable administering medications * Former SPCA volunteer * Over 10 years experience offering boarding, house sitting, walks, daycare, and drop-ins Pet care is both my full-time job and my calling, allowing me to commit special time and attention to your pets individual needs. Each day’s schedule will vary. Anh was amazing with Pico. She jumped in last minute and handled everything so thoughtfully - including some unexpected tummy issues and his occasional puppy chaos. She kept me fully updated the whole time and sent lots of great photos, which I really appreciated. It made such a difference being able to see how he was doing. Pico is used to being with me all the time, so social interaction is really important for him. Anh adjusted to Pico’s needs and routine and also made him part of hers - giving him so much extra love and attention. You can’t always guarantee that level of care when you’re away, and I’m so grateful I never had to worry. I would absolutely recommend Anh to anyone without hesitation!

About: I currently own two small dogs so I’m familiar how to care for a dog but can adapt depending on your dogs needs and comfort. I took care of my friends cat when she was away for 2 months so I do have experience with house sitting as well. I’m currently working part time and I’m doing school online so I have plenty of time for your fur babies. I’m pretty flexible on my schedule and can workout dates with individuals, only days I can’t do are Wednesdays and Fridays. I have a house with 2 doggy doors and a fenced backyard for frequent potty but I still prefer to walk your pets for their daily physical activity. I am flexible with any of your needs, I just need to thoroughly discuss them with you.

About: I enjoy spending time with my dog and learning about dogs. I got my first dog 6 years ago and ever since it’s been life-changing I’m currently fully remote and free most weekends so, I’ll be available for the most part. I do live in an apartment so I can’t board or dog sit inside my space. I like to go on walks, runs, spend time teaching commands and go on trails. I like to communicate with the owner before giving out treats to make sure they’re good to have or update them on their potty time in case something is off.

Don't be put off by her young age - Karleigh is mature beyond her years. She handled our elderly dogs incontinence issues with aplomb, kept us up-to-date, sent pictures and videos, and asked all the right questions. We will absolutely hire her again, when/if the need presents itself.

I can't recommend Emma highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love and understand dogs. Our pups, who can be a little shy with new people and one 16 years…warmed up almost instantly — which never happens! Throughout the entire stay, Emma went above and beyond. She kept us updated with photos and adorable little notes about what our girls were up to. Whether it was playtime in the yard, snuggles on the couch, or rests it was obvious our girls were not just cared for — they were loved. When we returned, our pups was happy, healthy, and clearly had the time of their life. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our girls were in the hands of someone so responsible, kind, and attentive. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, look no further. Emma is a true gem!
