About: I've loved animals my whole life, back to the days of summer camp at the National Zoo. I've walked many different dogs through watching friends' and neighbors' pets and volunteering at local animal shelters. I'm also a cat lover who has had cats in the house my whole life, and I even have some experience with pet fish! About: I can do anything from walking to giving baths or from filling food and water to providing medicine 🐾 I’m okay with dogs of all ages and sizes from puppies to pitbulls and from the sick to the elderly 🙂 I can work remotely so it fits in quite easily. I live in Greenbelt, MD and my office is in DC (when I do decide to go into work), so really anywhere in the suburbs I’m willing to drive to! Any special instructions will be listened to and I will take great care of your pet(s). Hopefully things work out and you can be a regular-ish client! Please note: i board 3-4 dogs at a time. If you have a larger breed dog and I’m boarding multiple dogs, I might require them to where a bark collar that just buzzes if they get aggressive. Depending on their behavior. It helps with mitigation. I have never had any accidents happen under my watch and would like to keep it that way.

I am currently focusing on dog sitting and have dedicate my time to being available to meet as many fur babies as I can in the next couple months. I have a room dedicated to pet care which has a greenhouse feel with plants but is fully enclosed in the home. It has a doggy door which leads out to our fully fenced back yard and large dog run with a insulated dog house inside. I also have a wireless camera on the areas which allow me to make sure that everyone is ok at all times. Please note that I no longer accept large breed dogs at this time aside from past clients. I am currently focusing my time on pet sitting. I am always also checking in via webcam on the pups wherever I am. Dog personalities are so amazing and fun to see. I have a double fenced yard to keep your pets safe. Lots of open dog crates and bedding for snoozing. A dog door that allows them some freedom and a large dedicated outdoor dog area for doggie playtime. They also always have access to fresh cool water.
About: Hi, My name is Alison, a nursing student with a special place in her heart for doggies. I have been raising a Shih Tzu named Terry, and a Bichon Frise named Lucky. Terry has been the first to be under my complete care since he was 4 months old. He is now 12 years old. Lucky was an unexpected gift from the universe, and was given to us at 1 year old. He is now 5. Both have received nothing but pure attention and love, and I would not hesitate to give your pet the same. Update: my services have now changed after many years. About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu.
