I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. She sends photos after every visit, which gives us so much peace of mind, and it’s clear that Santino absolutely loves her. She even opened his Chewy box with him, which was such a thoughtful touch. Natalie is amazing and went above and beyond at very late notice to make my Dante happy and comfortable while I was away for work. She was flexible with a very rushed meet-and-greet and remained flexible throughout the stay, even as I added another sameday drop-in. She had great treats and toys for him and took tons of pictures. I know he loved the walks and getting outside. I’m very appreciative and grateful for her time and care! Will absolutely be booking again.
