We were really hesitant at first because this will be the first times our dogs got visited by a sitter, Alexander made everything easy, they went to my home even before the actual dates to meet my dogs i have 3, my dogs instantly liked him, we had alex come by to our home 3 times during the day, he took them out for walks, spend time with them, and also feed them with no problems whats so ever, send pictures updates, really recommend him
So many great things to say about Natalie!! She took my booking the same day even though she was not feeling well earlier in the morning she still showed up to care for my Mocha! I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. Natalie is amazing and went above and beyond at very late notice to make my Dante happy and comfortable while I was away for work. She was flexible with a very rushed meet-and-greet and remained flexible throughout the stay, even as I added another sameday drop-in. She had great treats and toys for him and took tons of pictures. I know he loved the walks and getting outside. I’m very appreciative and grateful for her time and care! Will absolutely be booking again.
