About: Hi! I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up with a dog taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and providing a loving environment for pets. I’m an active, dependable person who enjoys long walks and spending time outdoors on walking trails, so making sure your dog gets plenty of exercise and attention comes naturally to me. Whether your pup loves a leisurely stroll or has lots of energy to burn, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while they’re with me. I understand that pets are family, and I’ll treat yours with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. Pet care fits very well into my weekly routine because I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. This allows me to provide reliable care, accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, and give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I unfortunately do not have a yard at my residence but I am more than happy to take care of your furry friends on your home
“Erica is wonderful. She is very professional and always on time. She gets along great with Rayne, who can be a little untrusting, so this is a very big accomplishment. She helped us out on short notice and we truly appreciate everything. We feel lucky to have found her and plan to book her again for all our doggy needs in the future. She is truly a delight.”

“Delina went above and beyond caring for our two cats! We needed a trusted sitter for the holidays and Delina was the perfect person for the job. She did drop in visits for us. She played with the cats, brushed them, cuddled them, even gave them Christmas treats to celebrate the holidays. She communicated with us very well and sent pictures everyday. I would definitely book Delina again.”

“Alexander did a great job visiting my puppy while I was away. He was timely, gentle and attentive when handling him. I appreciate the updates and extra help with cleaning up after my pup and I trusted that my dog was in great hands. Thanks!”

“Ilia was so with it! She made special accommodations for me, made herself available, and was super communicative throughout the process. She was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!”

“Alexandra was great for our stop-in visits with the catboys while we were out of the country. She communicated well and took great care of them. Will reach out to her again in the future when we are out of town.”

About: I have six years of deep, hands-on experience raising and loving my own sweet fur baby. Being a dedicated pet parent taught me every aspect of dog care from maintaining strict, feeding and medication schedules to reading, subtle body language handling daily walks and providing comfort during storms or anxiety. I lost my baby girl in March 😢 and that showed me how irreplaceable our pets. Are I now know firsthand that your pet isn’t just your animal. They are your family. I treat every dog in my care with the same exact patience, tenderness, and safety first mindset that I gave my own. Pet care fits into my schedule because I managed my own flexible schedule from home. Pet care just fits in naturally. It’s my passion. I have a large two bedroom apartment and I have plenty of living space and I also have a dog park provided by my community.
“Michael was amazing! When there were issues accessing my apartment, Michael communicated quickly and clearly with me. He was very flexible and made sure Brady was taken care of! Would definitely trust Michael to watch Brady again.”

About: I currently work in an animal hospital, where I care for dogs and cats every day and have gained hands-on experience handling pets with different personalities, ages, and medical needs. My hospital also offered boarding services, so I have experience supervising pets, feeding them, administering medications when needed, cleaning kennels, and making sure they are comfortable and safe while away from home. I'm currently a college student who is off for the summer, giving me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for your pets. I'll make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you're away, and I'll treat them like one of my own. I can provide pet care exclusively in the clients' homes, where pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment. I can follow each owner's instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special care requests. My experience working in an animal hospital has taught me to pay close attention to animals' behavior and well-being, so you can trust that your pet will be safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I treat every home with respect and every pet like they're my own.

About: Thanks for checking out my sitter profile! I've been watching pets across the DC area for nearly 8 years, which includes experience as a walker and housesitter. I'm a dependable animal lover who will make sure your pet is happy and comfortable even while their people are away. I live with my partner in a very dog-friendly house in Landover Hills. While I manage the Rover account, my partner Lou--who is a caring pet parent with animal experience that includes a stint at wolf sanctuary-- also will keep your pet(s) company. We have two pups: the elderly Walden, a pug who sleeps 90% of the day, and Drax, an active mutt who enjoys playing with friends new and old in our yard but also cuddling up for evening snuggles. We have two cats who are friendly with dogs but have access to a dog-free office if any issues arise (so far we've only had adorable introductions as dogs' first cat friends--many nose boops). The house is in a suburban area and has a fenced in, maintained yard where your pup can happily spend their days playing with Drax, rolling in the grass, and sniffing around. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! I work from home most days of the week; Lou works entirely from home. We often have guest animals in the house, so are used to a daily routine of breakfast and backyards romps after wake-up, multiple breaks throughout business hours, and plenty of play time and dinner in the evenings. We’re happy to incorporate your pet’s usual routine into ours to keep them comfy. I’m attentive to dogs in my care and take pride in ensuring they are comfortable while their owners are away. While with us, your pet will be treated like our own and get plenty of attention, exercise, and care.

So many great things to say about Natalie!! She took my booking the same day even though she was not feeling well earlier in the morning she still showed up to care for my Mocha! I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. She is truly very caring and communicates very well during her visits! I can't praise her enough! Thank you for everything Natalie!

Emma is amazing with Santino! She takes such great care of him whenever we’re away. She sends photos after every visit, which gives us so much peace of mind, and it’s clear that Santino absolutely loves her. She even opened his Chewy box with him, which was such a thoughtful touch. We always know he’s in great hands with Emma, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Natalie is amazing and went above and beyond at very late notice to make my Dante happy and comfortable while I was away for work. She was flexible with a very rushed meet-and-greet and remained flexible throughout the stay, even as I added another sameday drop-in. She had great treats and toys for him and took tons of pictures. I know he loved the walks and getting outside. I’m very appreciative and grateful for her time and care! Will absolutely be booking again.

Ilia thank you so much for being patient, kind, and genuinely caring with my puppy. Ilia will go above expectations to ensure that your pet feels loved and cared for. She asks questions, was timely, and followed all instructions. I felt at ease knowing that my pup was in your care. I appreciate your help and will continue to book with you.

Highly recommend her services!! Thank you so much Lindsay!!

Alexis was absolutely amazing while we were out of town! She took such great care of Uno and gave me complete peace of mind while we were away. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. Uno was happy, well cared for, and in great hands the entire time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog walker!

Daniela was amazing with Bleu! She was Available at a last minute request, and she took such good care of my dog. Her communication was perfect, she was on time, and she was very friendly. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
