Loves long walks and belly rubs
I'm newly retired and looking to trade a desk for walks, playtime, and fun with our furry friends. In addition to a lifetime of caring for family pets, including cats, dogs, and birds, I volunteer with a local pet rescue, helping with walks and at adoption events. I am comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and behavioral quirks. Although I am not a certified trainer, I continue to use online classes and resources to increase my understanding of the latest training and enrichment practices for pets. I fully believe that keeping a pet at home reduces stress and keeps then happier while you are away. I will likewise communicate with you on your preferred schedule to ensure you know your pretty is happy and well cared for while you are away.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I am retired, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can stop in for walks or do a full house sit, as needed. As long as I am in town, I should be available on relatively short notice.

I will treat your home as it were my own and I will give your pets all the love and attention they deserve. I know that leaving your pet with a stranger can be stressful, so I am happy to meet ahead of time to make sure you and your pets are both comfortable with me. I will also communicate regularly while you are away so you can rest assured that things are good at home. In the case of an emergency, I will work with your protocols to get your pet immediate care.
