About: It has been a while, but I am back to pet sitting. I used to board and pet sit on Rover for years and left for a while for other jobs, but hoping to start it up again. Ever since I was young I have had pets. From dogs, to cats, to lizards, I have had them all. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. I have dealt with dogs and cats with anxiety, medical issues, as well as puppies and those that have issues that come with age. I also regularly volunteer at the local animal shelter and have had trainings there on how to deal with dogs from all walks of life. I am happy to play with animals, provide general care, help them get some exercise, or to just hang out with them to provide company. Animals have always brought me joy and I would love the opportunity to hang out with your pets! I work partially from home and can be flexible on those days (Friday through Tuesday), but I am expecting to be furloughed soon which which free up my time more every day of the week. If boarding, I have a fenced in yard and live in a residential area. There several small parks around that I could walk your dog in as well. I do have a dog at home that is friendly with other dogs, but can also easily separate her from other boarded animals as well if that is preferred.

About: I've had 4 of my own dogs and have experience with new adoptees, terminally ill dogs, seniors, breeds of all energies, and I am attuned to their needs. I've fostered many dogs through various rescues and I'm trusted by friends and neighbors to dog sit and walk. I love dogs and nerd out about all kinds, but happy dogs are my favorite dogs. I'm currently unemployed, so my schedule is very flexible and open. I have one low-medium energy dog of my own who's happy to chill at home or can come along. I've helped friends lessen their dogs pulling and I'm happy to work on that or take the walking routes you suggest. I'm happy to give any treats or meds you have prepared and I can adapt to your dog's style and needs.

About: I have experience with both cats and dogs, mostly cats, but love both dearly. I have had pets in my house ever since I was a kid and enjoy their company greatly. Taking care of animals comes to me naturally and am excited to meet all types of pets. I am happy to help play and exercise your pets as needed and instructed :) I am currently a college student so I have many times where I am either in school or studying but I know for sure Tuesdays I am free. Other days I would need some sort of heads up to see if I can fit into my schedule. For instance Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays work for me if I have a couple of days notice ahead of time. I will be sure to follow thorough instructions when it comes to having to care for your pets in your house. I understand that having a space with pets can be a handful especially when gone so I will do everything in my power to make both parties comfortable!

About: I grew up with a high-energy Siberian husky and a large mutt (~80 lbs) who were both dog reactive. I learned how to handle them from as soon as I was strong enough to not get pulled into the street! I loved taking them on runs, hikes, long walks, and pretty much anything outdoors. I currently have a two-year-old golden retriever mix at home who loves people, playing, dog parks, hikes, loafing on the couch, and lots of attention (all of which I am more than happy to provide for her). I was recently laid off and am returning to school to get EMT certified soon, so I have a lot of free time to care for your dog! I have housesat for friends with smaller dogs in the past as well and would welcome the opportunity to housesit any size dog :) I am located near town center market in Riverdale Park and have a car. I'm currently in evening classes so other than that I have most weekdays free for walks at whatever time is most convenient for you. For housesitting, I would need time to attend those classes and walk my own dog but would be able to not leave your dog unattended for more than 2 hours at a time. I will be very respectful of your home and would happily attend to any plants you have as well (I enjoy gardening quite a bit). I want you and your pet to feel comfortable with me in your house. I will also send updates at whatever frequency you prefer!

About: I am an absolute animal lover. From bunnies, to birds, to turtles, to dogs, and now cats I've had them all. After going off to school I no longer had my own little loves running around and wanted nothing more than to show other's pets the love I miss showing mine. I have over ten years of experience taking care of dogs specifically and doing so in a multi-animal home. I have over five years of experience caring for birds (parakeets), bunnies, and turtles, and now have adopted a cat of my own. I have dog and cat-sat for extended periods and taken care of the home while present and I can assuredly say, I'm here to keep you and your fur baby comfortable! I am a full-time student now on break and I nanny part-time so my schedule has largely opened up. My availability is listed below Monday-Friday: 8 am - 4 pm; 6 pm - 12 am Saturdays: 8 am - 12 am Sundays: 8 am - 5 pm In the past, I have followed both extremely detailed care plans (certain times to walk, feed, and bathe their precious pup in addition to what toys to play with and how; wearing and changing pajamas due to a skin condition; feeding them their medicine at certain times) and plans with little to no instruction. I am happy to work with you and treat your critter like the family they are to YOU, I understand that everyone has different needs and standards for their babies and am here to meet yours.

I'm currently the proud owner of one senior kitty, and have almost always owned dogs. As someone who has worked with many dogs and cats with varying degrees of energy, excitability and anxiety, I hope to do everything in my toolbelt to keep things as lively, entertaining and cozy for them as possible while their human is away. My approach is positive-reinforcement based and minimally intrusive. About: I have taken care of friend’s pets since I was a child as a side hustle. I pay close attention to the details of you and your animal’s specific needs to provide the easiest time possible. During the school year I am a grad student at UMD and can be very flexible. During the summer I work in office full time but am free after 6:30pm and on weekend.
