About: Hello World! My name is Rouday and I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. In those 25 years I have had the privilege of raising three dogs, all different shapes and sizes. I was so fortunate to find Karima! I made the request last minute to a few dog walkers and was thrilled when Karima responded and was able to walk Dolly mid-day. Karima was prompt and even put Dolly's raincoat on for their walk. My Dolly doesn't typically walk outside for long because the neighborhood noise scares her but Karima managed to get Dolly outdoors for 30 minutes. I'll be booking with Karima again for sure!
Had another great walk with Russell! Our dog Dashi really likes Russell after only 2 walks. Russell is great with anticipating Dashi's needs and responding quickly. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
