Hi! I’m Jillian ☺️ I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember and it’s something I’ve loved doing throughout all seasons of my life! I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I love going for walks or playing fetch just as much as I love relaxing and giving pets. Getting to know a dog and creating a relationship with them is one of my greatest joys. My senior dog, Fitzgerald, passed last year. I loved him with my entire heart; he was my best buddy! Although I’m not ready to have another pup of my own quite yet, I deeply miss having a dog around. Doing Rover and being able to care for dogs is my way of sharing all of that love I have to give!

Every pet deserves personalized attention, so whether that’s a longer walk and some cuddles after or a shorter walk and more cuddles, I’m happy to adjust to whatever your dog prefers. Communication with you is of the utmost importance to me; you know your dog better than anyone! I’m more than happy to meet you and your dog before we spend time alone with one another.

Jillian is so thorough when getting to know your dog before hand and realllly cares about animals. I immediately felt safe with her taking care of my most treasured buddy in life. I am so happy I found someone I can trust to walk Zoobey and care for her the way I would. And Zoobey LOVES her. 10/10 would recommend!

Jillian is one of the most caring, trustworthy, and attentive dog people I know. She's sensitive to the specific needs of every dog I've seen her watch, and she's able to make them feel comfortable and part of the family, especially when their family isn't around. Jillian is also my wife, and we had a miniature schnauzer named Fitz who we got as a senior dog and lived out an amazing 6+ years with us. Watching other people's cherished pets has brought her a lot of joy since he left us, and I'm sure she'll be able to take care of your furry friend.

Schedule
I work from home, so my schedule is super flexible. I am available most hours throughout the work week, and I’m happy to move some things around to be able to keep to a dog’s specific schedule. I am also available on weekends!
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbsJillian can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Communication is key, and I want the experience shared between your dog and I to be as wonderful as possible! Please let me know any medications they’re taking, feeding schedule, and social do’s and don’t’s. It’s important to know who their vet is, too!
