About: Hello World! My name is Rouday and I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. In those 25 years I have had the privilege of raising three dogs, all different shapes and sizes. I enjoy taking dogs on long walks, playing with them at dog parks, and loving up on my furry friends. I currently have an extremely flexible schedule as I work remotely and control my own workflow. I also have two young children that require schedule flexibility. Very safe secure building, which includes dedicated dog walking areas, and also room to groom pets as well. About: I’ve always loved animals. I’ve taken care of a few dogs (not any cats yet!). I love connecting with animals. Very big dog person and a very active individual! Nathan is AMAZING!!! I have had other cats and when I went away I would leave them with a family member. I no longer have that option & was told about Rover. I have two new cats & have never left them for longer than 4 hours. I was hesitant about leaving them with someone I didn't know, but I read Nathan's profile & knew he would be the right fit fir my babies Smokey & Sheba! I met with him & had him meet the babies & I felt confident he was the right person for my babies! He sent updates after every visit, and I told him If he announced himself when he came to visit & left, Smokey would start coming out during the visit & Smokey came out! Both of my babies are medium to short haired cats & they shed; Nathan took it upon himself to vacuum. I also let Nathan know I would be coming home late at night & forgot to ask him to turn on the porch light & to my surprise when I got home, the porch light was on! Izcali did an amazing job checking in on my two kitties while I was away!! Every day she sent amazing photos and she made sure they were well taken care of :) she played with them every day and when we came home the cats were healthy and happy. I had such peace of mind leaving the cats in Izcali’s care and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring pet sitter
So many great things to say about Natalie!! She took my booking the same day even though she was not feeling well earlier in the morning she still showed up to care for my Mocha! I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. She is truly very caring and communicates very well during her visits! I can't praise her enough! Thank you for everything Natalie!
Four cats and they all look healthy and happy. Emma made a point to bond with all of them. She was punctual and did everything asked of her…even getting medication dispensed. We were nervous to leave, but from the first day we were able to enjoy our vacation with Emma in charge of our cats.
Rebecca was a fantastic pet sitter for our kitten. It was our first time leaving her alone for the weekend but Rebecca’s frequent and fulsome updates and dedicated care for our kitten allowed us to enjoy our vacation. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
