About: Hi there! I'm a dog-mom of an energetic boxer, Gus. Gus is my first dog, but from a young age, I always walked dogs in the neighborhood. As an adult, I had over 4 years of experience with doggy roommates. I have experiences with many different personalities and sizes so I'm very comfortable with them. I am very active and love taking long walks or light jogs, just like your pup! Gus is also an excellent walking buddy who is good on the leash. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. If it helps lighten the load when packing, I havethe following items already: Extra dog beds Dog bowls including a slow feeder Toys Feel free to pack these items if course if they will make your pup happier to have their own. I work from home Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00, so it's very easy for me to pop out before work, lunchtime, it after work to take a long walk. I will walk them in the neighborhood and will avoid busy streets. I also don't introduce them to other dogs while walking them to avoid any accidental negative greetings in my care.

My own dog gets oral meds and eyedrops daily, as well as IC injections monthly, so I am comfortable with medication.

About: I have been pet-sitting for most of my adult life, am skilled in dog behavior, and focus on keeping my dog guests calm, happy, and comfortable in their new surroundings. Your dog will share a cozy house with a large back yard with an elderly Basset Hound and a sweet cat. I also have a dog treat business so there will always be fresh-baked snacks around! As I have my own needy senior dog, pet care is a big part of my daily routine. The dogs who best fit into my household of older ladies are low to medium dogs over 2 years old who are content with unlimited back yard play and one long walk during the day. About: Though I am new to Rover, I have many years of experience both pet sitting and house sitting for friends and family. My goal always is to provide your fur baby with the love and care they deserve while you are away! Additionally, I currently work as a veterinary assistant, and have done so for the past 4.5 years working in emergency clinics. This makes me knowledgeable on pet health care - especially for elderly pets or those who require special care (ie medication, physical therapy, assisted walks, etc.) - and competent during emergency situations. I currently work night shifts at a vet clinic 3 nights a week, meaning I am available during the day to takes walks, provide meals and some play time with your pets. I am also free Saturdays and Sundays all day! My goal is always to stick to the plan that you, as the owner, decides. I understand the importance of maintaining a schedule and do my best to do so. I also try to keep the house and pet area as clean as possible, and make note of any changes in your pet (such as if they get an upset stomach or irregular bowel movement).

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Edward and Natalia. We had a meet and greet a week prior where they asked a lot of questions and observed Ralphie with their sweet pup, Liz Lemon. I always worry leaving Ralphie with a new Rover. He has been described as “extra” and needs a lot of attention/human presence. Within an hour of dropping him off, I got a note that he is settling in fine with a picture of him cozied up with the family and this eased my mind immensely. They were very responsive when I reached out and had everything ready to go when I picked him up. The biggest testament, however, is Ralphie’s behavior on the drive home. If let’s me know if he didn’t like his stay somewhere, but leaving Natalia and Edward he was calm and well behaved. They deserve this 5-star review and j would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.”

They took great care of our two babies, sent frequent updates including videos and pictures, were super responsive -- and were SO easy and flexible! I needed to add time to our scheduled visit and they happily rolled with that. Plus, I was a few minutes late picking up and they were fine with that too! Most importantly, our doggies were happy and healthy. Will definitely rebook!”
About: I am a true Capitol Hill dog lover and I have always had a strong passion for animals, mostly for dogs. I have been caring for dogs since I was child, taking care of my mother’s beloved shitzu. Taking care of her helped me acquire basic canine behavior and taught me the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Most recently I raised my own best friend, Gelato an English Bulldog. I gained my breeder experience with Gelato and cared for her and her 6 puppies, until they were rehomed at 8 months. I enjoy taking long walks, which I consider the ultimate stress reliever and best way to exercise. I have no problem getting my hands dirty. I have 20 years of experience in the customer service field and enjoy striving to provide the best experience to my clients. In my personal time I am spending time with my 2 little girls teaching them how to play sports, and of course how to be loving pet owners. Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I’m currently working part time and will be available to walk most pets during early mornings hours during the week and mid day and evenings during the weekend. I definitely would like to know your pets temperament, and what might scare them. I know they will feel most comfortable at home but if they are with me, I’d like to keep a calm, pet friendly setting for them to be comfortable in.
