I'm glad you're here on my profile, and I hope you'll consider choosing me to look after your cat(s)! Here are a few reasons I think you should consider working with me to look after your cats: *KNOWLEDGE: I have lived with two cats for the past decade, which has given me a lot of knowledge about cat temperaments and behaviors. I don't force anything with any cats, and instead prefer to follow their lead. I'm happy to love on your cat(s), but only as much as they want me to! *EXPERIENCE: I am experienced not only with my own cat but also with clients'. I have been catsitting via Rover for the past year-plus and in that time have had dozens of clients, many of them repeats. I can administer meds (pills, liquids) to cats—yes, even cats that are not my own. *AFFORDABILITY AND QUALITY: I believe that cat care can—and should—be both affordable and high quality. My many five-star reviews attest to the quality of the care I provide. I will not skimp on time with your cat(s), and I will love them as much (or as little) as they want in the time we spend together. I also believe in being a good steward of clients' homes, and I will clean up messes and keep your space tidy while you're away.

I pay close attention to my your instructions and preferences since you know your pets and their needs best! I only do drop-ins, however, as I have two cats at home who will not tolerate other pets.

Elise once again provided excellent care for our cat, who clearly loves Elise's company during visits. We came home to a happy, healthy cat and orderly apartment. We always appreciate Elise's thoughtfulness!
Elise is a fantastic sitter who we’ve had several times for our active cat. Elise is great about playing with our cat, she provides great updates, and she is attentive and knowledgeable about cats. We especially appreciate that she alerted us to our cat’s lack of use of the litter box and handled our concerns kindly and helpfully and with flexibility (and all ended up being okay). Her care gave us peace of mind while we were away.

Elise is amazing! I rebooked her to watch my cats while on a trip and I felt so much better knowing she was checking on them. I have two cats and am fostering a third (pretty feral) and she was so great about that situation. She takes the absolute best photos of them and is super communicative. I highly recommend Elise for your cat sitting needs :)

Schedule
I work a flexible, hybrid schedule and am available for check-ins and/or walks in mornings, *some* midday/afternoons, and evenings during the week, as well as all day on weekends with enough advance notice.
- CatsElise can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know if your cat(s) has/have any special needs I can accommodate. I'm happy to do whatever I can to make my visits as stress-free for the cat(s) as possible.
