Pets have been a huge part of my life. I have grown up with them for as long as I can remember and began petsitting for others ever since I was 12 years old (almost 11 years now)! Additionally, I began running a small, 5-10 employee pet care during college and am almost on my 4th year. From puppies and kittens to elderly dogs and cats, I take pride in knowing that I can bring a smile to every owner’s face and make their life easier knowing their furry friend is in good hands. I always make sure to update owners with pictures of their pet, and care for their pet as if they were my own. I can provide full attention to your furry friends. I also strongly value the principle “leave the house better than you found it” and being respectful to the space I’m being allowed into.

Hunter and Joey had the wonderful experience of having Jacquelyn as their drop-in sitter. I decided to try drop-in visits, after several unsuccessful attempts to find boarding options. I liked Jacqueline’s profile and she was the first person that I contacted. Fortunately, she accepted and was the perfect choice for Hunter and Joey who are rescues. Hunter likes to adjust to people on her own terms; Joey is terrified of everything and everyone. During our meet and greet, both became comfortable with Jacquelyn and it was obvious that she loves dogs, has extensive experience, and understands how to handle different temperaments and personalities. She provided photos and detailed notes of her visits and interactions with them. Jacquelyn is 5 stars+.

Schedule
I petsit full-time and am available to stay with your pet the entire time without unless a previously scheduled booking overlaps (ex. A walk scheduled during a housesit). In the event this occurs, any prior bookings that may overlap with your request will be communicated prior to accepting your booking request. My availability for drop-in visits and walks are from 9AM - 8PM, 5 days a week. I do not work weekends outside of holiday weekends. Housesits do not apply to these hours and I will be able to remain with your pet for the full booking duration if requested. I only ask that the start time of the booking fall between 8AM-8PM. For Christmas and Thanksgiving, my availability for drop-in visits and walks is 7am - 10pm.

- Please let me know about information such as a specific schedule you would like me to follow or if your pet is aggressive in certain situations (leash-reactive, unfriendly towards kids, etc). Any medications they may need to take or medical conditions I need to be aware of will also be helpful in allowing me to care for your pet to the best of my ability. I would also love to hear about any preferences or toys your pet has that makes them happy.
