About: I grew up with 2 cats, a dog, and crested gecko. I have pet sat since high school, watching over everything from an axolotl to a parrot! I currently live with 2 cats and would love to hangout with any of your furry or scaly babies. I have a pretty open school schedule and am around most of the time. My school days typically end around 1pm, but I am able to come back in between classes if needed. I plan to follow the owner’s instructions for pet care as everyone cares for their own a little bit differently. I have experience with senior animal care and would love to help out.

About: Hi! My name is Aubrey, and I’ve been pet sitting for over 5 years caring for all kinds of animals — from household pets to farm animals. I have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, whether they’re playful puppies and kittens or senior pets needing extra patience and care. I’ve also raised two puppies of my own, so I’m very familiar with puppy care, training, routines, and the patience and attention young dogs need. As a college student and future grad student at UMD, I have a very flexible schedule, especially over the summer and into next semester. I’m available for overnight stays, daily check-ins, walks, feeding, medication administration, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I understand every pet has different needs, and I always make it a priority to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! As a college and future grad student here at UMD, I have a flexible schedule with availability for overnights, walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I always make sure to ask questions not only about your puppy but your house and regular routines. Health in animals is very important while you’re away so I always ask to have detailed notes or instructions.

About: I grew up with a high-energy Siberian husky and a large mutt (~80 lbs) who were both dog reactive. I learned how to handle them from as soon as I was strong enough to not get pulled into the street! I loved taking them on runs, hikes, long walks, and pretty much anything outdoors. I currently have a two-year-old golden retriever mix at home who loves people, playing, dog parks, hikes, loafing on the couch, and lots of attention (all of which I am more than happy to provide for her). I was recently laid off and am returning to school to get EMT certified soon, so I have a lot of free time to care for your dog! I have housesat for friends with smaller dogs in the past as well and would welcome the opportunity to housesit any size dog :) I am located near town center market in Riverdale Park and have a car. I'm currently in evening classes so other than that I have most weekdays free for walks at whatever time is most convenient for you. For housesitting, I would need time to attend those classes and walk my own dog but would be able to not leave your dog unattended for more than 2 hours at a time. I will be very respectful of your home and would happily attend to any plants you have as well (I enjoy gardening quite a bit). I want you and your pet to feel comfortable with me in your house. I will also send updates at whatever frequency you prefer!

About: I’m Tracey and I love fur babies! They are the most loyal and sweet pals who truly care about everyone they interact with. I miss having my constant companion, Jasper, since he passed and I’m not currently able to adopt a pup. What you will love about me is that I’ve been a lifelong pet parent and have been the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family members for years. I live Hyattsville in a beautiful and spacious home that is completely pet-friendly. All animal visitors are allowed on the furniture with your permission, and can enjoy cuddle sessions on the couch each night. We have a fenced-in backyard where your dog can enjoy safe potty breaks and play time or even sunbathing and nap time! My neighborhood is perfect for pups, too! It’s a mix of townhomes and family homes with lots of children. It’s a very walkable area close to shops and restaurants and a doggie park. I live with my 21 year old son, Timothy, who is a former Rover sitter and would be happy to dole out extra cuddles to your pal. When I'm not pet sitting, I'm tweaking areas around my house, working in my garden, exercising, or volunteering at Meals on Wheels. I love being a stress free as possible and having doggie visitors helps me stay happy and healthy! I can’t wait to meet you.
