About: I’ve had two wonderful dogs since they were 10 weeks old. We’ve completed dog training classes together and I’ve learned all about pet care through them. Im currently working from home and never travel because I have a toddler son and 2 dogs, so im often available on weekends for pet care and during the week for walks I have two friendly dogs to keep your dog company and a large house for plenty of play space. About: Hello World! My name is Rouday and I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. In those 25 years I have had the privilege of raising three dogs, all different shapes and sizes. About: I would love for you all to know about my experience with pet sitting, so I would like to start with a quick story. When I was turning five, my grandpa took me to a pet shop the day before my birthday. If your pet seems overwhelmed or nervous with me at first, I’ll know how to read this body language and I’ll give them the time and space they need to open up to me. If they want cuddles, they can have as many as they need! I’ll communicate openly with you to ensure your comfort level and trust, and I’ll make sure you and your pet are my top priority!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
