We had a wonderful experience with Nadia as our house and dog sitter! This was her first stay with us, and she immediately made us feel comfortable leaving our home and our two dogs in her care. Nadia was incredibly communicative, attentive, and thoughtful throughout her stay. She kept us updated on how the dogs were doing, made sure they were fed and taken outside, and even asked questions about their routines when she wasn’t sure about something. She was also very respectful of our home and followed all of the little instructions we left for her. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared about making sure the dogs were comfortable and taken care of. She even reached out for advice when one of the dogs was giving her a little trouble with his diaper, which showed us that she was patient and willing to make sure she was doing things the right way. By the end of the stay, we felt completely comfortable with Nadia. In fact, we’re having her come back to watch our two dogs for 9 nights while we’re away on our upcoming trip, which says a lot about how positive our experience was. Nadia was friendly, responsible, communicative, and treated our dogs and home with care. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pets and their home!

Nadia was wonderful with my cats Ned and Toni while my building treated our floor for pests. She arrived on time, kept me updated throughout, and took especially thoughtful care of Toni while he was recovering from surgery. She kept them with her outside of the unit for a few hours during and after the treatment. I felt comfortable knowing both cats were in her care and would happily book with her again. Highly recommend!

The day the sit was supposed to begin, Nadia asked us if she could sleep at her own house during the stay. This was a red flag. After ā conversation, we cleared rhat up. The next day, after our dog had an accident when she didn’t let him out even though he indicated to go out, we worked closely with her to explain where cleaning supplies were. Sadly, three days later, we returned to poop still smeared on the floor and smudged into the rug - spots she said she missed. It just didn’t feel like much care was given or like she had much experience caring for animals, even with paying a good rate, extra fees for long stay, etc. We’re really disappointed. Pets were healthy and she communicated during the stay.

Nadia did a fantastic job watching Gwen while we were away! She kept us informed and was the best cuddle companion for our girl!
