About: I grew up in a rural family surrounded by animals, so caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. Over the years, my family has had several dogs of different sizes and personalities, as well as cats. I have a particularly strong connection with dogs, and people tend to trust me with their pets because I am very gentle, patient, and attentive. I have a naturally nurturing personality and I genuinely enjoy making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, bathing, basic care, and following each pet’s usual routine. I understand that every dog has a different personality and pace, so I always adapt my care to what makes them feel most at ease. I’m currently a PhD student, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to adapt easily to different pet care needs. I can often accommodate walks, drop-in visits, daytime care, and overnight stays throughout the week. My academic work also means I spend a lot of time working independently, so I can organize my routine around your pet’s usual schedule and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I’m happy to care for pets in their own home, where they can stay in a familiar environment and feel more comfortable and relaxed. I can follow their usual routine closely, including walks, feeding, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of companionship. I’m very patient and attentive, and I always try to make pets feel safe and cared for while their owners are away.

About: I would love for you all to know about my experience with pet sitting, so I would like to start with a quick story. When I was turning five, my grandpa took me to a pet shop the day before my birthday. After feeding the neighborhood cats and playing with the stray puppies, I just knew I’d come home with a dog of my own that day. I was elated — that is, until we left and I was the owner of a bird. As a five year old, I was disappointed! But I grew to love the bird as I realized I loved other animals. And by the time I turned 12, I finally did have pup of my own. I tell that story to say, I have years of personal experience caring for pets, whether they were my own or not. In my family home, we currently have an elderly dog and a teenaged cat - in my apartment, we have a one year old kitten. I love pets of all ages and sizes and I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! You can trust that I’ll give them lots of love and cuddles in your absence! I’m currently working from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible - the main thing I’d have to take into account is commuting! Once I’m there, I’ll have tons of time to spend with your pet, or take them on as many walks as needed. My goal is to make sure you and your pet are happy and comfortable throughout this process! If your pet seems overwhelmed or nervous with me at first, I’ll know how to read this body language and I’ll give them the time and space they need to open up to me. If they want cuddles, they can have as many as they need! I’ll communicate openly with you to ensure your comfort level and trust, and I’ll make sure you and your pet are my top priority!

About: I volunteered at the Milwaukee Humane Society doing dog walking for one year with dogs of all ages, backgrounds, and sizes! I also have taken care of 1 senior dog for a year, 2 pups for a couple weeks, and 3 dogs (two being seniors!) for 2 years. In addition to this, I have 14 years of equine experience (14 years of riding, 8 of chores, and 3 of farm staying), and I've also watched goats, ducks, and chickens on these beautiful farms! About: I love pets! I have experience house/dog sitting for clients that have taken vacations of up to 15 days. While house sitting, I can also bring in mail and water plants. In the past, I have been able to watch up to 2 dogs at a time. I love the exercise that comes from walking dogs, and I welcome dogs that have both high and low energy levels. When given specific instructions about caring for someone's dog, I always follow them, never letting my previous experience and "what I usually do" come before meeting the expectations of my clients. I have lived with at least one dog as a pet for 18 years of my life. Let me take care of your dog and be an extension of your love towards them when you cannot be there. I have graduate school classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, but I am free for pet care outside of those hours. I am flexible to work around your schedule. I’ve house sat and taken care of cats and dogs while I’ve lived in the house. I’ve also stopped by houses periodically to walk dogs and feed them. I’m open to both methods.

About: What we offer is more of a pack activity group than typical dog sitting. We are very active and do as much as possible as a small group together including pack walks, runs, trips to the park, hiking in trails, hard earned naps, and group basic training and enrichment. We aim to strike the right balance of fun and rest to avoid over or under-stimulation. As a mental health therapist with an anxious dog of my own, I am particularly attentive to dog body language, signs of discomfort, and unique personality. I empathize that it truly sucks that you can’t just text your dog to ask how they’re doing when they’re in another person’s care. My aim is for the next time you arrive at my home, your pup’s booty will wiggle and communicate it all! In the meantime, I welcome your check ins and am happy to send you plenty of pictures and detailed updates. **Note: We are not the right fit for dogs who: are not regularly socialized with other dogs, need to be the only dog in the sitter’s home, are reactive towards or guard resources from other dogs, or just generally would not find our pack playing, walking, and basic training lifestyle very fun! My own dogs are central to our daily routine and get plenty of enrichment, runs/walks/hikes, play in the yard, basic training, and post-activity rest each day. We are very active and do as much as possible as a small group together. Pickup/Drop Off Schedule: We have implemented the following schedule for drop off and pick ups to help protect our pups routine and what remains of our lives outside of doggies 🙃 M-F before 6pm Sat/Sun before 9:30am E.g. if your trip ends at 7pm on Sunday we ask that you schedule your pick up for anytime Monday before 6pm. If we are able to accommodate, flexible drop off/pick up rate for outside of those windows is $30. Doggy Drop Off Room: If we are in meetings during your drop off/pick up times, or out with the other pups, we may arrange for you to use our doggy drop off room where your dog can rest until we are back (within 0-2 hrs). For all pick up/drop offs outside of M-F before 6pm we will arrange for you to use the doggy drop off room. We’ll provide instructions for access when you book. We do not do pick ups/drop offs after 8pm. I am happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have about your specific needs! We have a fenced yard, an indoor camera, gates and human grade rooms for doggy comfort, two crates, and more leashes and toys than one pack could ever need.

I am located near a quiet, hidden park and a dog park, allowing for safe and enjoyable outings. Additionally, my setup provides enough space to prevent overcrowding, ensuring each dog receives individualized attention and care. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities!
