They have a backyard he loved playing in, but even more impressive they were able to get his halter on (he's extremely headshy) and take him on actual walks. Videos they sent showed Indy snuggling with Payton in a way he has only done with us before. Communication was excellent, and Indy clearly loved being there. Javien was fantastic with both of my pups!!! He communicated daily, made adjustments when I forgot to drop off one of my pups anxiety Rx and kept my pups happy. First, he took my last minute request like 24 hours before my last minute family trip. Then, he was just awesome the entire time. I couldn't ask for anything more than that to be honest. He kept my babies safe, smiling & even when he took another pup in he did a gradual introduction to each other and made sure he kept my 1 pup with slight food aggression away for the others while eating. I will use him again!
We had a great first experience with Rouday, he looked after our two girls for two weeks while we went away. The dogs had a great time and seemed liked they were very well looked after. Great communication with Rouday throughout. Thank you for looking after our girls. Would definitely use again
I used Danny to watch my dog for a last minute emergency work trip. I had reached out about 48 hours before my trip and Danny graciously accepted to watch her for a week. I had never used him before and was nervous since I never got a chance to do a meet and greet before the stay. I could not be happier with him watching my dog. Danny was very respectful and provided pictures, updates, plenty of walks, and followed the instructions I provided. I would definitely use him again if he is available.
Our dogs are not "just dogs", they are incredibly important members of our family, so even when we have to leave them, they are still always on our mind. It's been especially tough to leave them lately since my older girl Gull is almost 12.5 and we can tell she's slowing way down. So when our previous dog sitter moved away, we were worried about who was going to take her place, especially since Gull took YEARS to warm up to her fully. But then we found Ari and Ame. Within days, Gull and Oakley (our two year old sweetheart) were clearly so comfortable at their house and seemed to be loving the fun playtime with the other dogs who come for daycare or boarding, as well as their own dog, adorable Marshall. Communication was superb, with tons of adorable videos and pictures coming through every single day. And when Gull had a little "medical moment" , Ari was all over it, took great care of her, and got her back to feeling good quickly. She even dropped them back directly at our house when we got a bit delayed at the airport! I don't think I realized previously that I had a low level of anxiety every time I left my sweet girls, but that was gone by day 3 of our vacation when I knew for certain that Ari and Ame were taking care of them as if they were her own--and they were happy and exhausted when we saw them again from all the fun and love they had at their house. Thank you thank you a million times over to Ari and Ame!! We'll be seeing them again soon, I'm sure!

Mike was great! He was very responsive, sent regular updates, and was super accommodating when I had some last-minute schedule changes. Most importantly, he made my dog feel comfortable and right at home, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I really appreciated how easy and stress-free he made the whole experience. I also loved that he boarded my dog by himself which can be hard to find sometimes. I’ll definitely be booking with Mike again!
