When my return flight was canceled, Artina was very flexible and accommodating in extending her care for my dog for an extra night, which saved me a lot of trouble. This was Missy's second time staying here and it was great again, we've already booked for a third stay! I got photos each day and they asked questions when they had concerns about a paw issue that Missy has as a result of a medication she is on. I'm really grateful they were so observant. Madeleine took very good care of my dog Mino during a 6-day stay. She provided daily activities including walks, hikes, and fetch games (which my dog really loves). When I picked him up he was happy and his coat was clean and soft from a bath she had given him. I would definitely use her services again!

Ari and her mom (in lieu of Ame who was away at the time) were amazing at hosting Opal for our week away from home. We had a lovely meet and greet, and got to see where she would be staying and playing with other pups. Ari and her mom sent plenty of updates, photos and videos, which gave us a lot of reassurance that Opal was having a wonderful time.
