By the time I walk through the door after work, Brooklyn has been walked, cared for, and settled, and everything is in order to the point that I can literally come home and go straight to sleep. That level of consideration is invaluable to me. She has also been incredibly helpful throughout Brooklyn’s potty-training process. She’s always willing to offer thoughtful tips and feedback, and she even took the initiative to create potty-training logs to track Brooklyn’s pees and poops while in her care so that we could better understand her routine and progress. Nadia doesn’t just “watch” Brooklyn….she genuinely invests herself in her care and development. And after hiring other sitters in the past, you can definitely tell the difference between the care that others give compared to the care that Nadia gives. Zaida was amaaaaazing. In addition to all the walks, she played with our dog Joey in the backyard regularly and gave him lots of outdoor time. She sent pictures every day and it was clear our doggo was in the best hands - and we were able to enjoy our vacation without any worry. She stayed at our place, and was a wonderful guest in every way. Zaida exceeded our instructions and expectations in every way.
Atiya was amazing! She stayed at our house for a week and took care of two dogs and a cat. One of the dogs went on a hunger strike and she was patient and creative in trying to get her to eat. She eventually shared her own dog’s food and treats, and that worked! Then she left a baggie of it for us when she left. Incredibly kind and a great communicator. Jared house sat for me and watched my senior dog for about a week and a half. My pup enjoyed his company and even slept with him in the bed (which we allow in this house). Jared even went out of his way to refill the treats once they ran out! He was communicative, responsive, and shared photos and updates daily.
Jenny was an amazing dog sitter for Buddy! I truly can’t thank her enough for the care and attention she gave him while I was away. She was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and clearly cared about making sure Buddy was happy and comfortable. She even ran into issues getting into my apartment because the concierge wasn’t at the front desk, but she was so patient and determined to make sure Buddy was taken care of. That level of dedication really meant a lot. On the last day, I told her she only needed to stop by in the morning since I’d be home that afternoon. However, when it started raining and thundering, she became concerned about Buddy and came back to check on him just to make sure he was okay. That extra effort showed how much she genuinely cared. She also kept me updated with plenty of photos, and it was obvious Buddy had a great time with her. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitter. Ira was the absolute best! I was anxious at first leaving my cat (who has health issues) for 2 weeks, but Ira was so communicative and attentive that I barely worried once I left. She stayed overnight in my apartment and left it (including the litter box) spotless. With other sitters I've sometimes worried that they don't actually spend much time visiting even when I pay for overnight. But with Ira, I had no doubt that Momo was getting her full possible attention and love. It felt like she started caring for him as if he were her own cat :). Thank you Ira!
We had a great experience with Gordon who watched our energetic and dramatic five-year old Whoodle, Bruce, for a long weekend. Gordon was conscientious and professional from our very first interaction and took excellent care of Bruce and our home. She took time to reintroduce herself to our dog so that our dog would be comfortable with her while we were away. Megan is very professional and sends great updates.
