Tabatha is a reliable and professional sitter who genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. She kept me updated throughout Jay’s stay and was very accommodating when my flight was delayed. Jay came home happy and well cared for, as always. She even packed birthday treats for Jay, which she loved, and sent a birthday message on her special day. Tabatha goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. The best sitter on this app, hands down.
Pond was available at short notice, didn't hesitate to take in a Pit Bull, and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up. I received updates and photos on the first and second day, which I appreciated. However, there was no update on day three and no response to my text on day four. Being my first time using Pond, I was nervous enough to contact Rover support. I learned after picking up the dog that Pond was trying to send updates, but technology failed, and they didn't come through. After all, all is good, and I am happy with the care provided.
Ariana was great! Our beloved 10 year old dog just stayed with Ariana for the first time for a week and she had a wonderful time. We received a lot of pictures and videos and I could tell by Ruby’s face that she was having a great time. There is a large backyard to play in and a lot of love the whole time. Any time I messaged she was very responsive and was very accommodating during the pick up process. I am very relieved to have found such a superb new sitter and will not hesitate to use in the future.
Echo had a fabulous time at KG’s as usual; we can see how happy she is from the photo and video updates and how much fun she has with KG and the other pups. Even when we drop her off, it’s clear how excited she is to be there. She gets lots of walks and attention and play time and cuddles, and gets to be her silly self. KG provides lots of updates and treats Echo like one of her own dogs, which really helps when we’re on a longer trip and can’t take Echo. Echo is already looking forward to her next boarding experience at KG’s!
Aniyah was very loving my two boys 🐕 that she cared for felt like they were at home. She communicated and sent pictures. She made sure all they stuff was back in there bag far as toys and dog food. I had a great experience! My flight was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute, which completely changed my travel plans. Thankfully, Charei was incredibly flexible and understanding. Charei worked with me to modify the booking and even allowed me to pick up my dog 9 days earlier than originally planned without any hassle.
