About: I'm newly retired and looking to trade a desk for walks, playtime, and fun with our furry friends. In addition to a lifetime of caring for family pets, including cats, dogs, and birds, I volunteer with a local pet rescue, helping with walks and at adoption events. I am comfortable with different breeds, sizes, and behavioral quirks. Although I am not a certified trainer, I continue to use online classes and resources to increase my understanding of the latest training and enrichment practices for pets. I fully believe that keeping a pet at home reduces stress and keeps then happier while you are away. I will likewise communicate with you on your preferred schedule to ensure you know your pretty is happy and well cared for while you are away. I am retired, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can stop in for walks or do a full house sit, as needed. As long as I am in town, I should be available on relatively short notice. I will treat your home as it were my own and I will give your pets all the love and attention they deserve. I know that leaving your pet with a stranger can be stressful, so I am happy to meet ahead of time to make sure you and your pets are both comfortable with me. I will also communicate regularly while you are away so you can rest assured that things are good at home. In the case of an emergency, I will work with your protocols to get your pet immediate care.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young! I’ve had one cat, 2 birds, and currently have a cute doggy! I love love love spending time with dogs and am willing to adjust to any special needs or attention your pet requires! I work part time as a Behavior Technician, so I will definitely have a lot of time to play with and tend to your cute pups! I currently have a pup at home, she’s super shy at first but extremely sweet and docile! Perfect if your pup gets along with others! If your pup needs to be taken care of alone, I do have another house to house them!

About: I've owned my own personal pets for the past 8 years, including a snake, dog, and cat. I've also worked with a variety of species in my educational, personal, and professional life. I work summers in a high-stress environment (clinic/boarding facility) where I am responsible for the day-to-day needs, grooming, and occasional medicating of animals. I own my own animals, so get hands-on-experience with animals everyday! Additionally, as a pre-veterinary major at UMD, College Park, I learn not only the practical ways to work with them, but the scientific reasoning behind why animals do what they do. So many great things to say about Natalie!! She took my booking the same day even though she was not feeling well earlier in the morning she still showed up to care for my Mocha! I had some internet issues right before she was do to leave out and she helped out even more by trying to assist me in fixing the issues with my internet so the tvs would be left on for Mocha while Noone is there. She is truly very caring and communicates very well during her visits! I can't praise her enough! Thank you for everything Natalie!
Erica did a great job taking care of our Lucy while we were gone for five days. She was reliable and showed up every day, twice a day to care for Lucy and always sent us pictures and updates. I would greatly recommend her and trust her again to care for Lucy.
Emma is amazing with Santino! She takes such great care of him whenever we’re away. She sends photos after every visit, which gives us so much peace of mind, and it’s clear that Santino absolutely loves her. She even opened his Chewy box with him, which was such a thoughtful touch. We always know he’s in great hands with Emma, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Astrid was so so wonderful -- incredibly prompt responses, incredibly kind, very thorough care-taking, and I've never seen my cats warm up to someone so quickly! Good vibes all around, and I feel like my cats are sad that I'm back and not Astrid hahaha. Sadly I'm moving states soon for my job, but if I weren't I would be re-booking Astrid every single time!!
Lindsay was great with Mocha today. I'm one of those pet owners that enjoy detailed updates along with photos.
