Pet Sitting in Adelphi

About: I currently have two kittens, Nala and Luna who are my everything. I've had dogs all throughout my life. I am doing this to fulfill my desire to meet and hang out with all sorts of pets. I currently live alone and work a 9-5 at an engineering research lab with a flexible schedule. Other than that, I am open and free to help with your pets. This includes weekends anytime, and also morning and evening stops at your house. I am open to learning anything that your pets need. I love playing with animals and ensuring that they feel safe with me. Anything you need including feeding, water, cleaning (changing litter box etc.) I'm all game for.

About: Hi! My name is Aubrey, and I’ve been pet sitting for over 5 years caring for all kinds of animals — from household pets to farm animals. I have experience with pets of all ages, personalities, and energy levels, whether they’re playful puppies and kittens or senior pets needing extra patience and care. I’ve also raised two puppies of my own, so I’m very familiar with puppy care, training, routines, and the patience and attention young dogs need. As a college student and future grad student at UMD, I have a very flexible schedule, especially over the summer and into next semester. I’m available for overnight stays, daily check-ins, walks, feeding, medication administration, and giving your pets plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I understand every pet has different needs, and I always make it a priority to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own environment. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! As a college and future grad student here at UMD, I have a flexible schedule with availability for overnights, walks, drop-ins, and pet care. I always make sure to ask questions not only about your puppy but your house and regular routines. Health in animals is very important while you’re away so I always ask to have detailed notes or instructions.

About: Animals of all shapes and sizes have always been part of my life. Growing up, I had two lovely cats and volunteered regularly at a horse rescue sanctuary. After college, I worked for the Humane Society, where I looked after dogs and horses with varying levels of care needs. I regularly dog-sit for an Australian cattle dog, and I'm honored to be one of only a few people with whom she agrees to go for walks. I also regularly pet-sit for a household with two dogs and two cats. I am experienced in accommodating specialized feeding and medication protocols for puppies, senior dogs, and all ages in between, as well as for adult cats. I'm skilled at understanding animal body language and behavioral cues. I care deeply about my relationships with animals, and I do my best to ensure that every pet feels safe, respected, and loved. I have a good amount of flexibility in my schedule. I am typically available before 9 AM and between 2 PM and 7 PM. I am also available for overnight home stays. Maintaining safety and establishing trust (of both the pet and the humans) are priorities for me when I care for pets in a client's home. I am always aware that I am a guest in their home, and I keep the space clean and secure. I avoid moving things or changing established routines. I do my best to maintain the pet's sense of normalcy and comfort while their people are away.

About: I am a student I only spend about 4 hours at school most of my time I’ll be home with my dog and your dogs I love animals I love playing with dogs small or big I enjoy going on walks I enjoy playing catch I have a really strong connection for dogs I really care about them , I will treat your fur babies how I treat mines , I will send photos and videos so you are at no worries , your pet will have 100% of my attention I know some dogs get nervous or sad but I’ll make sure they are happy in my care I stay at home I have 100% of my time for your babies I only take my brother to school and im free for the rest of the day and love going on walks we treat our babies with care and love animals are smart and they have feelings and making them feel at home and safe and not nervous or scarred is what I’m here for
