elisia was incredible. i reached out to her last-minute when a sitter i booked on a different app quit mid-booking while i was out-of-state for work. elisia responded quickly, was incredibly flexible, and even coordinated a key handoff from the other sitter and begin visits without the usual meet-and-greet. momo was much more stressed than usual while i was away, and the way she handled him made a huge difference for both him and me; she was patient, gentle, communicative, and really let him come to her at his own pace. over the course of her visits, i could see him gradually relax and become more comfortable with her, which gave me so much peace of mind. she was also reliable, on time, and very proactive about updating me on his overall stress level as well as the normal stuff like eating, litter box use, and activity. i’m so grateful she was available when i needed her, and i would absolutely book with her again.

10/10 — Would absolutely hire again! Professional, reliable, and incredibly accommodating. We have two very large dogs, including a puppy who struggles with separation anxiety, so finding someone we trust to care for them is really important to us. He took the time to make sure both of my boys were comfortable, well cared for, and settled in. He even stayed longer than required to make sure they were calm and comfortable before leaving, which meant so much to us. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We’ll absolutely be booking with him again!
Maura met all of my pets needs while I was out of town for a week. She was easy to communicate with and spent time with our cats each visit. I knew our cats were in good hands and appreciated her pictures with them. I will definitely be checking with Maura the next time I need a cat sitter!
Jesse is so caring and sweet with my puppy, Bellini. He came every day for a week to let her out at lunch and go for a walk. He was always on time, very responsive, and took lots of photos! Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
